@ViCustomerCare Hi Ayesha, I’m facing very poor network coverage and extremely slow internet speed at Medanta Hospital, Lucknow. My Vi number: 9450616046 Please escalate this issue to the technical team and check network strength in this area. The problem has been persistent for several days.

@ViCustomerCare VI network is getting worse day by day. Instead of having 5G mobile we are not getting better 4G network. And they marketing like they are doing incredible work....bullshit.. VI needs to improve their network quality otherwise they will loose all customers... Take a look on it.

@airtelindia Airtel's poor network coverage is frustrating me, as I'm unable to use my 5G unlimited data, which is a major disappointment. One of the worst network ever. @ViCustomerCare 4G is better than airtel fake 5g.

@ViCustomerCare When i call the number shared in DM ,the person otherside speaks only in Hindi. He/She doesn't know English! @TRAI This is Totally unfair. Some foreigner during visit to India how will they manage to speak to customer care?
