@ViCustomerCare @vodafoneservice After waiting from last one month I finally decided to port my #Vodafone Sim card to other network, that I am using from last 10 years, it makes me sad. Hope now other #Vi users will get better services as it will reduce some traffic when I left.

@ViCustomerCare You people are really useless. What is the use of recharge in getting system OTP from Vi? I have confirmed that the issue exists even while having active recharge. I talk of incoming SMS from Vi and you people treat it as some outgoing OTP. DM alternate number.

Appalling professionalism at @reliancejio support. For the last several days, I keep getting messages that the engineer visit has been rescheduled at my request. Blatant lie..Shocking!!! Happy to move to @airtelindia or @ViCustomerCare if you have fibre in our area!!
