@ViCustomerCare Idea by itself was a good company. Ever since it became Vodafone Idea, it is no longer customer centric. Their policies are only catering to high-end and high-usage customers. No basic customer values.

The best advice I can give is never to file any complaint with @ViCustomerCare. They will not solve your problem but will make your life hell with automated Twitter DMs, SMS and calls even on Sunday. All this is just to give you an automated reply. So just pay the bills.
