And Kerala customer service ppl r clueless about Bangalore bills & would keep telling you there is no bill. Is this some scam whereby innocent Vodafone customer s are being cheated?

I would like to hear that, I had to got to the VI care center couple of times, my wife is still awaiting her latest bill to do the porting. @VodafoneIN is the worst service provider as of now.

Then the guy takes the remaining amount but u don't get receipt/message. Now Vodafone starts bombarding U with the old bill. Is it a scam?
