Well deserved difficult times for @ViCustomerCare. 24hrs ago their executive confirms I had a mighty deposit against my account for Intl roaming. I initiated port-out and magically the deposit disappears. Seeking support from @DoT_India

@ViCustomerCare I reside in Rajinder Nagar, New delhi. Pin 110060. Network is very poor. Upon complaining and going to service centre, representative says that it will be resolved in future, from last 8 months. What efforts are you all putting for resolution?
