    Imagine this: 📵 No network.
❌ Can't send SMS.
❌ Can't activate International Roaming.
📵 Still no network. That's exactly what happened after porting to @ViCustomerCare. Customer support's solution? "Send an SMS." #CustomerExperience #VodafoneIdea #India

    @ViCustomerCare i recharged in the wrong number and want immediate help regarding this and transfer the plan to my number . Help me before another person consumes the balance .

    @ViCustomerCare Very much disappointed with the services... Bad network and internet stopped working... Even tried to reach out customer care over the call but it stopped as couldn't arrange the call happened more than 5 times
