@Mumbaikhabar9 Great to see @ViCustomerCare has gone pan-India! Very common occurrence in Uttarakhand for years now. Network disappears randomly, sometimes for hours and occasionally for days.

@ViCustomerCare Have some shame and resolve this issue. The only thing you'll know is to copy paste the same thing again and again. Why can't you just install a booster if distance is a factor? @DoT_India @TRAI are here to resolve customers issues or to ignore them?

How irresponsibly my 5 years old number was allocated to some one else. After this long service i did not expect @ViCustomerCare to act so irresponsible which put me at very high risk. Kindly take this matter urgently and give me chance to re activate my number. Thanks & regards

@ViCustomerCare I have counted nine bill reminders on sms and email from you well before my bill is due. This is absurd. I have never missed a payment on time and this level of intrusion has to stop. Why not just one sms or email a few days before? Is there a way to opt out?
