@ViCustomerCare It's not only dat in my location ur connectivity is bad I guess in entire Varanasi, Lucknow, gurgaon, Delhi I face this problem. Me nd my fmly r using Vodafone for 10+yrs now. So we hv sum trust in it bt nw things r getting doubtful as it's getting expensive nd poor with service.

@ViCustomerCare Yet from past 2 months you guys have been charging me fr the so called family plan . Out of those 2 months my service was discontinued for past 1 month yet u r charging me for it . Unless & untill the issue is not resolved i will not pay the bill .
