@TheAltruist_in @ViCustomerCare I had also written to appellate authority for my refund issue but no response. Their customer service has deteriorated significantly. Better to port out.

@ViCustomerCare Since today morning only 1-2 signal bars out of 5 are showing at my house in Bengaluru. As a result 4G internet is slow and frequent call drops happening. Please check.

Facing the worst experience from @ViBusSG @ViCustomerCare "Sir wait for 24hrs & then check" is the standard answer & the 24hrs will never end. So, please dont reply with a comment saying sorry for the incovinience caused & then say please wait for 24hrs to resolve your issue.
