@ViCustomerCare My VI sim stops working abruptly, when called customer care, they suggested to get it replaced with new sim. Your stores doesn’t work beyond 7pm and I need the sim urgently for an OTP. What should I do? If I had to wait until tomorrow, I will port out for sure.
