    @ViCustomerCare Got the solution.. in a text message, but not in network.. why this @ViCustomerCare people are so irresponsible!! Can't understand how they solved the network signal issue without even identifying the location. Anyways, thank you for forcing me to port out to another network.

    @TRAI @ViCustomerCare vodafone try to activate caller tune service . I have not requested. Without customer request operator should not activate any VAS service.

    @ViCustomerCare The question is how you can increase the amount of the rental without a customer agreement? @TRAI @DoT_India is this system and rule suggested to telecom industry regarding the charges they can apply to their customers?? #FraudVodafone

    @ViCustomerCare Please check & resolve my issue immediately.. I'm already facing lots of issues with VI.. Rs.1197 for 6 months recharge done but still VI-VAS portal says.. you have not any valid plan.. I think you all are out of your bloody mind. check your system Rs.1197 recharge already done.
