Very bad service @Airtel_Presence. No grievance redressal system at all. Atleast @ViCustomerCare responded within time. Did made mistakes by recharging Airtel Sim?? #airtel #badairtel

Today 06.12.2021, approx 3:15 pm I have talked to customer care 199. Mr Naresh and his superior Mr Gopalakrishnan conformed that approval pending with @TRAI . Instead of if @ViCustomerCare you ask all your customers to port, it's better, we will do.

Not providing good network but you guys will reject a lost sim request stating that photo is mismatched with aadhar photo. In aadhar my brother didn't have beard, now he is having beard. Do you want us to shave everything for a sim! Pathetic service from @ViCustomerCare
