    @ViCustomerCare Given portability request on May 28 to move from VI to Jio due to network and wrong billing concerns happening since November 2020. Already gave enough opportunities to Vodafone to resolve this but no improvement even after 6 month. Need immediate switch from VI.

    @Ganraj4_ @ViCustomerCare @jagograhakjago My issue is so simple I wanted a recharge on my friends mobile no. By mistake it done on my personnel no. I already had a active pack so I don't want this pack on my mobile no. So that I am requesting you to refund or transfer this recharge of amount 555rs on my friends no.
