  @ViCustomerCare Why has Vi suddenly blocked incoming SMS/OTP while roaming abroad and started asking for 118? Your website says incoming SMS on International Roaming are free. Why charge customers now for a service that was working until yesterday?

  @ViCustomerCare My number has been ported to VI yesterday. Sim is showing signal but when calling someone, is show NOT REGISTERED ON NETWORK I have ejected and reinserted sim, restarted phone, put the sim in slot 1, everything. But showing same problem

  @ViCustomerCare @TRAI Network coverage in Bakhrabad urf Khatai, Bijnor-UP 246734 is extremely poor. Normal voice calls break and audio is unclear, while mobile internet is unreliable. Please send your network team, verify the ground situation and install a new mobile tower

  @ViCustomerCare what is the VI policy that postpaid can't be converted during the month and going round and round at VI Prabhadevi center, is this way VI treat customers, why should I pay for 20 days bills to VI due to their internal policy
