    @ViCustomerCare Facing 4g network problem from last 15 days. Nobody is interested to solve it. Just bullshit reasons are given. And worse is that there customer care assistance doesn't know the difference between 2g and 4g.

    @ViCustomerCare This is reference number 1093029 , Mobile no 9889735552 is facing grave network issue. Signals for this number disappear suddenly during multiple times of the day. If you can rectify this on priority, its okay. If not I will MNP the number.

    @ViCustomerCare one of the worst network I've ever used. SLOWEST 4G which worst than 2G.. After complaint it dint work, now time to port #VIL Bye bye

    @ViCustomerCare NO NO You guys don't understand at all. Been suffering with Net issue more than one month .. thought it would resolve but..... After Idea Vida merger network been worst ... Earlier or was good... Am sure VIL gonna loose more customer... Improve your services please 🙏
