    @VodafoneIN, I have never seen this much bad network in kerala in the past 2 months. Whoever using Voda is complaining that the network is worst. But still nothing happens to improve. This makes to change the provider.. Disappointed with your service.. 😔

    @VodafoneIN Getting worst service from Vodafone for the last couple of months at Ernakulam , No speed for 4g network , even 3g and 2g are faster than 4g when we change the network to 3g only or 2g Only .Customer care executives always say please wait 2days for the past few months

    @VodafoneIN Yes, Vodafone 4g used to be good for me in january.But, last 2 days i've been here,inside my home 4g is super bad.Though used to get high speeds in the beginning.Well, out in the roads too sometimes even gaana app stopped streaming due to slow speed.I'd be glad if u do sumthing.

    @VodafoneIN @VodafoneIN I have DM to you days before, no use, I port my phone to another provider, this the major problem with #Vodafone customer service, past 10 day no solution for outgoing calld and network issue, but bill will generate on time

    @VodafoneIN Once you port a Vodafone number to another state only God can help you. So the guy comes home gives u sim & porting is done. Then the guy takes the remaining amount but u don't get receipt/message. Now Vodafone starts bombarding U with the old bill. Is it a scam?

    @sharanyaar @VodafoneIN @airtelindia This s the main problem of customer care, they will tell us they will do somthings but nothing will be done. Different executives are responding for our problems, so that they will do the first step, then the other came in and do the same. But nothing more
