Then the guy takes the remaining amount but u don't get receipt/message. Now Vodafone starts bombarding U with the old bill. Is it a scam?

You will ask them to DM the details. Next few days You will say " we are working". Finally you will end, saying you have done the max.

I don't think there was any other measures taken to rectify the issue. Need much better actions to be taken from your side. Otherwise you will lose more customers.

Therefore, I was not asked to make any payment. However, my services are still not working and your system shows that the FRC is pending.
