And she said by 2nd August the service may get resume. When I asked her to provide the same what u promising through e-mail she had no answer.

We had issues in maintenance of towers!!! Now they had issue bcoz of @Idea merger. My phone shows a 5G network, but data is still being deducted from my daily pack instead of unlimited 5G. I’ve already raised a complaint, but the issue isn’t resolved yet.
