    @VodafoneIN when people are completely relieying on mobile data and call your service day by day going worse and your customer care executive are not ready to take a complaint. We cannot make any call, allcall is getting drop within 3min. Learn something from @reliancejio.

    @ViCustomerCare Team, very disappointed to know you are ready to lose customer than improving services. I am not allowed to use eSIM just because I was idea customer? Even after taking new Postpaid sim. I am leaving Vi to opt this service. thanks to Idea for best services.

    Why my 4G handset shows E and not VoLTE in available network. PS: All settings are preferred as VoLTE only and care center asked that sending some texts to activate it, but didn't send at all, waiting for it. @ViCustomerCare plz resolve it ASAP.
