    @VodafoneIN The lady from customer service is saying, she registered one more fresh complaint, similar to the last complain made 3 months before. And she said by 2nd August the service may get resume. When I asked her to provide the same what u promising through e-mail she had no answer.

    @VodafoneIN when people are completely relieying on mobile data and call your service day by day going worse and your customer care executive are not ready to take a complaint. We cannot make any call, allcall is getting drop within 3min. Learn something from @reliancejio.

    @VodafoneIN you guys advertise that you are adding tower every hour but area where i am staying indo not get any network for 2 years. I have raise many complains regarding this. But no action yet.If it is not solved in 1 week from this tweet then 1000 vodafone customer will port.

    @VodafoneIN Amazing on 28th you registered a complain. You can check for that how much attempt I made on timeline. And the cust.service assured by August 2nd problem will get resolved. N Today I received a confirmation that network problem is resolved. But (1/2)

    And..now I am unable to lodge complaint..neither through the app as it doesn't give me option to lodge complaint, nor through IVR as I can't hear anything.. what's the resolution? @VodafoneIN

    @VodafoneIN why can't I find option to chat to human agent like earlier. Ur AI bot VIC is totally dumb now. Please revert to earlier option before becoming Vi. Now, I am again having issue with connectivity. Full data signal and data services, but while making call, I can't hear

    Hey @ViCustomerCare, your pre-call announcements are annoying. 1st agent told me to call 1930 cyber helpline, 2nd agent bluntly said "I can't do anything". Pathetic service! Stop wasting my time and deactivate these offers/announcements on my number ASAP.

    Gross negligence by @ViCustomerCare! MNP SIM delivered on 8th June, active on 10th, but NO network. Cust care says "SIM is damaged, visit store." Why should a solo woman travel to another town because VI delivered a faulty SIM? ₹365 recharge wasted, 7 days lost! Fix this ASAP!

    Dear @ViCustomerCare , It's been 2 months since I got a Vi SIM. I've raised the same complaint twice, but nothing has changed. I can't even receive a single OTP or any service/banking message properly because there's hardly any network. But somehow, the bills always arrive on time. And if I don't pay immediately, I get reminder calls. Worst telecom experience I've ever had. #Vi #Telecom #CustomerService
