    Bitter experience in @VodafoneIN store, I visited to convert my postpaid number to prepaid. Executive: Dharmendra, who was either super irritated or ignorant abt his own behaviour. Plus credit card machine was not working and they do not want to give receipt if I pay by cash!!!

    @VodafoneIN Both of my numbers are dead now. No network since last Friday, don't know what you checking and where..... Did you at least try to call me, anyway it doesn't work because I'm on Vodafone. Escalated, emailed and also tweeted for help and this is what I'm getting... #vodafonesucks

    @VodafoneIN Recently moved to Bangalore. Network and Data is really bad in Ananth Nagar, Electronic City, Bangalore . Please solve this issue as soon as possible otherwise I have to move to @Airtel_Presence . Don't know what happened but 8 month ago your network was good.

    @VodafoneIN when people are completely relieying on mobile data and call your service day by day going worse and your customer care executive are not ready to take a complaint. We cannot make any call, allcall is getting drop within 3min. Learn something from @reliancejio.

    @ViCustomerCare I am 12y old costumer of #idea there was no problem but from last 3 and half months I am experiencing poor data connectivity. it suddenly jumps to "E" and then disconnect, it happens every 2 min. I had complaint about it twice but problem is still there. Then I port to #Airtel

    @ViCustomerCare @learner_raju Dear Sir, Start taking customers feedback on regular intervals and resolve the issues on a serious note. Don't just keep harrassing the customers. Else one day you will be replying to posts like these and asking for help while the customers have already moved to other options.

    @deepakbedi26 @ViCustomerCare Very Bad Deepak, even after writing to their appellate officer the network suitation has not improved. It's already been 6 months now. Also, they keep deducting the balance from one of my account on the name of flash message while nobody touch that phone...pathetic services
