    @VodafoneIN @Idea giving worst service. They should be fined heavily for call drop , data not working and spam messages. Even if you block through TRAI APP they will not stop .

    @VodafoneIN got a call from voda to update service 2 days back but this has not resolved issue. Could u plz look into this.

    @VodafoneIN Somebody from the cust care calls up absolutely no idea how to talk to the customer and has no clue on what the issue is and just says network issue sir so will assign ticket to network but my concern is not address , I won’t pay the bill for lack of service

    @VodafoneIN @Vodacom111 network connectivity is pathetic in my area(AECS LAYOUT, BANGALORE).. Most of the time, voice will be breaking up.. impossible to hear what the caller said.. plz let me know if I have to Port out to some other provider..#patheticservicebyvodafone

    @VodafoneIN From the last 1 week you guys are only assuring me that you will look into the issue. I am not getting full 4g signal whenever I raised the complaint your customer care executive replying me " we are merging with idea that's why you are facing the issue" is this the solution

    @VodafoneIN not sure it become very worst network in Bangalore, nit getting signal in my home its one of the main are ataching my location using post paid and network sped is in kbs 9620209423 and one more number using from 2004 now forced to port other network.sugest no vodafone

    Bitter experience in @VodafoneIN store, I visited to convert my postpaid number to prepaid. Executive: Dharmendra, who was either super irritated or ignorant abt his own behaviour. Plus credit card machine was not working and they do not want to give receipt if I pay by cash!!!

    @ViCustomerCare ordered the sim online and even paid for the number of my choice and I'm waiting for 2 days . There is no update on the tracking system. It shows an appointment scheduled. While my local customer service said you have to cancel it.

    @ViCustomerCare I requested for customised callertune. Did all possible ways to activate it and still no result. Vi resolve the issue immediately and don’t call without go through the previous chat. I’m fed up of explaining the issue again and again. Resolve it or let me port.
