@VodafoneIN Recently moved to Bangalore. Network and Data is really bad in Ananth Nagar, Electronic City, Bangalore . Please solve this issue as soon as possible otherwise I have to move to @Airtel_Presence . Don't know what happened but 8 month ago your network was good.

Bitter experience in @VodafoneIN store, I visited to convert my postpaid number to prepaid. Executive: Dharmendra, who was either super irritated or ignorant abt his own behaviour. Plus credit card machine was not working and they do not want to give receipt if I pay by cash!!!

My SIM stopped working today. @ViCustomerCare Got to speak with 2 robots who couldn't understand what's wrong that Vi provides doorstep delivery of SIMs if you order a new number but needs you to go to a physical store if you're an existing customer needing a new SIM. Pathetic!
