    Dear @VodafoneIN have been ur customer for 17yrs and will continue to be. Much better coverage and i have tested both Airtel and Jio which failed for me!! So continue to grow and serve telecom in India!!

    @CMDBSNL @OfficeOfRSP @rsprasad @PMOIndia @narendramodi Better i will switch to private network such as @airtelindia @VodafoneIN @reliancejio etc.

    It's not about the network @reliancejio charging for the calls. Even changing the network will not help us because we hear it as the fastest network in internet speed but it is too down and it's like begging for 50kbps @airtelindia @reliancejio @VodafoneIN

    @VodafoneIN the mobile connectivity in my house is very bad. After complaint of call drops, its gone from bad to worse... Resolve it now or lose my 10yrs of customer ship.

    @ViCustomerCare My SIM is already updated and working perfectly on 5G with no damage or loss issue. Still, I keep receiving repeated calls from the Nallasopara West ST Depot branch asking me to update the SIM again. Please stop these unnecessary calls. @TRAI

    @ViCustomerCare Hello Team, I urgently need assistance regarding an exceptional ownership transfer/KYC regularisation request for my Vi Mumbai number. I am currently residing in UAE and unable to travel to Mumbai due to unavoidable circumstances The number was temporarily taken in a friend’s name only to preserve continuity after a porting/deactivation issue, and I am requesting a compliant remote resolution (video KYC/document verification/NOC etc.). I have already emailed the appellate and customer care teams with all details and documents. Requesting escalation support or guidance from the concerned Mumbai/appellate team please. Thank you.

    @ViCustomerCare Payment accepted through the official Vi App, but the service was never activated and the SIM still shows “No Service”. Multiple calls, emails, and complaints later, still no proper resolution. Requesting immediate refund/reversal.@ConsumerVoiceIn @ViNewsOfficial

    @ViCustomerCare when received calls my voice is echoed for last couple of days and tried to connect the customer care no, seems not feasible . Can you pls. Check the same and resolve the issues.

    @ViCustomerCare just now there was call frm ur side, even though there was network service issue so I can't communicate with representative. Plz see d location in complaint lodged on app. SKNH hospital Narhe411041. Othr service provider hv network & not for Vi.
