It's been around 48 hours and more than 10 calls but still @ViCustomerCare is not able to deliver the prepaid sim to my house. Not able to give a single update. Dear @ViCustomerCare if you don't have delivery executives to deliver the sim card then stop giving the service.

@ViCustomerCare I tried porting my number to Vi Postpaid and today morning I received a call from the Customer Care saying that the SIM will get activated in 2hrs but it has been more than 5 hours and the SIM isn't active. I'm unable to reach postpaid customer care service. Help!

@ViCustomerCare I neither received call from your network team, nor any member of your network team reached at the location. You are charging approx 400 p.m. for my 4G plan. And @ViCustomerCare Vi provides India's fastest 4g speed 25 kbps.
