    @VodafoneIN @Idea BTW, once you port from another state, here is no way to contact the old customer service. And Kerala customer service ppl r clueless about Bangalore bills & would keep telling you there is no bill. Is this some scam whereby innocent Vodafone customer s are being cheated?

    @VodafoneIN Once you port a Vodafone number to another state only God can help you. So the guy comes home gives u sim & porting is done. Then the guy takes the remaining amount but u don't get receipt/message. Now Vodafone starts bombarding U with the old bill. Is it a scam?

    @pullipuli How difficult was to port from post paid to prepaid ? I would like to hear that, I had to got to the VI care center couple of times, my wife is still awaiting her latest bill to do the porting. @VodafoneIN is the worst service provider as of now.

You add new outgoing SMS pack to recharges or i am porting out today itself and i recommend all the people to port out to any Other Network which gives SMS packs separately rather than recharging unlimited pack to get outgoing SMS in second sim..Hate @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare improve your network service.Mostly time network stuck in 2g and 3g while travelling.Can't use Internet,Call service also poor, automatic call disconnected many times,can't hear voice during call after some time & call automatically ended,Network bar not stable.
