    @pullipuli How difficult was to port from post paid to prepaid ? I would like to hear that, I had to got to the VI care center couple of times, my wife is still awaiting her latest bill to do the porting. @VodafoneIN is the worst service provider as of now.

    @ViCustomerCare This is not the first time this is happening. If VI continues acting shady, I will have no choice but to port out of VI. Moreover, there is no good/fast & efficient way to raise a complaint without spending a lot of time. Even your chat does not work in the VI app
