@pullipuli How difficult was to port from post paid to prepaid ? I would like to hear that, I had to got to the VI care center couple of times, my wife is still awaiting her latest bill to do the porting. @VodafoneIN is the worst service provider as of now.

Dear @ViCustomerCare I am facing the slow internet speed problem by the time when I recharged it. Whether it's day or night the speed is in kbps and I am not able to send messages on WhatsApp even. Please resolve it asap, you people claims that you have fastest 4G networks

@ViCustomerCare complain number ODI-V00540989543 service engineer visited to my home to their possible extent they try to sort out the issue, Unfortunately same data & voice issue happening. Installation/upgradation of serving site is only solution what Vi team found. Solve ASAP

@TRAI my Vodafone number is not able to receive any Calls from non Vodafone numbers only Vodafone number can make incoming calls on my number . I don't know why this restrictions is there please help me @ViCustomerCare
