@pullipuli How difficult was to port from post paid to prepaid ? I would like to hear that, I had to got to the VI care center couple of times, my wife is still awaiting her latest bill to do the porting. @VodafoneIN is the worst service provider as of now.

@sivasyam @ViCustomerCare I too agree with you. They don't want, south India. #vi fully functional and all services are provided to North India. You can check their website. South don't have 4g indoor coverage or Vowifi, esim for watch & iPhone is not compatible. CC they don't no anything. no network team

@ViCustomerCare This is very big scam doing by the Abu to the public. The current location SIVAGIRI-627757,TENKASI DISTRICT,TAMILNADU facing network(DATA) issues from past 10 months,every time we complained and temporarily ur local customer service provider give no worthy reply.

@ViCustomerCare I did recharge of ₹719 on 9979598686 but still not active and ur service executive give only verbally replaying and when ask about complaint number they cut down call and not giving proper complaint num about failure of recharge and not giving any proper assurity about refund.
