@pullipuli How difficult was to port from post paid to prepaid ? I would like to hear that, I had to got to the VI care center couple of times, my wife is still awaiting her latest bill to do the porting. @VodafoneIN is the worst service provider as of now.

I am a loyal @vodafone @ViCustomerCare for past 13 years. @TRAI I have raised a complaint regarding false call charges on 16th Feb, yet it is not resolved. Highly disappointed the way Vi handles customer complaint/issues. No respect for customers.#VodafoneIdea

Hey @ViCustomerCare your network is literally terrible. Important calls are not coming to my phone, everytime I have to restart the phone for calls to go and come. This cannot be tolerated. Either you improve your services, else I am porting out.

Vi's Internet is so freaking slow in New Delhi, OH MY GOD it's freakin 2022, I cannot do anything on my phone due to such poor service, no satisfactory resolution, can't even reach customer care via 199 helpline number now, it's juz awful pls someone help! @ViCustomerCare
