@pullipuli How difficult was to port from post paid to prepaid ? I would like to hear that, I had to got to the VI care center couple of times, my wife is still awaiting her latest bill to do the porting. @VodafoneIN is the worst service provider as of now.

@charts_breakout @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare is looting customers... Without receiving a single call in international roaming they are charging me high bills. Raised the issue by emailing them but they are big liares and looters for their customers. I will surely change my Vodafone number.

@ViCustomerCare I have been wrongly charged exorbitant excess amount in excess of 8,000 Rs for international roaming after I canceled international roaming by calling customer service. Please someone sensible and senior help me get this resolved at the earliest.

@charts_breakout @ViCustomerCare I’ve faced this issue before. One of the apps or sites may be open which is buffering video or something and which is consuming all data. Try to force stop everything on phone. And it might get resolved

@saurabh_fno @charts_breakout @ViCustomerCare Yes, ur right. Prepaid is good option. But i am using Vodafone number from last 6 years. They are charging high bills from last 6-8 only for receiving calls but I never received a single call.
