@VodafoneIN it seems till the time I don’t escalate issue here it does not get resolved and has become a monthly ritual. Corporate customer care does not even make an effort to resolve complaint the idea is to provide any resolution and close it to ensure TAT is within limits

@ViCustomerCare @Speedtest Still no improvements from your side. Only complaint has been registered but issue not fixed yet. Vi 4G internet is working as 2G only.
