@VodafoneIN it seems till the time I don’t escalate issue here it does not get resolved and has become a monthly ritual. Corporate customer care does not even make an effort to resolve complaint the idea is to provide any resolution and close it to ensure TAT is within limits

@ViCustomerCare Thanks for your "swift" response. Issue was with your tower only as it went down due to some issue. Since @VodafoneIN was not paid to concerned team , people who depend on that tower suffered. #vodafoneidea #vi #badservice
