@VodafoneIN it seems till the time I don’t escalate issue here it does not get resolved and has become a monthly ritual. Corporate customer care does not even make an effort to resolve complaint the idea is to provide any resolution and close it to ensure TAT is within limits

@ViCustomerCare @KumarMBirla @rmstakkar Ur internet service is very terrible, it's all the time. Customer service doesn't work. 199 and 198 not available. Without internet you can't complain on vi app. Even if we try, there is virtual assistant. Its horrible totally.

@ViCustomerCare Yesterday your customers care executive came my place he checked internet speed and the network coverage and thanks for this approach but internet speed was yesterday little better but today is not ok and please improve and thank you for sending your customer executive
