@VodafoneIN it seems till the time I don’t escalate issue here it does not get resolved and has become a monthly ritual. Corporate customer care does not even make an effort to resolve complaint the idea is to provide any resolution and close it to ensure TAT is within limits

@ViCustomerCare is so disappointing. All they do is apologize and give info that we already know. Cut 2gb of data within 3 minutes after start of data pack and they are no help at all.
