@VodafoneIN it seems till the time I don’t escalate issue here it does not get resolved and has become a monthly ritual. Corporate customer care does not even make an effort to resolve complaint the idea is to provide any resolution and close it to ensure TAT is within limits

@ViCustomerCare Still the internet issue is not resolved. Not able to browse or do anything as network is in "E". Occassionally 4G shows but goes back to E immediately. Issue is same across all 4 vi numbers in the house. Frustrating to have such an issue on weekend.
