    @VodafoneIN it seems till the time I don’t escalate issue here it does not get resolved and has become a monthly ritual. Corporate customer care does not even make an effort to resolve complaint the idea is to provide any resolution and close it to ensure TAT is within limits

    I recently called @ViCustomerCare and the guy didn't even listened to my problem. He just said " call karne ke liye dhanyawad sir " and then went Irresponsive. Thanks for such a lovely assistance @ViCustomerCare . Not even listening to the problems of their customers. That's Vi

    @ViCustomerCare even after doing recharge of ₹295, the network has not come up for my SIM. FYI: I am currently out of India. Pls help ASAP.

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI vi company cheating with user they providing 3g network and poor 2g speed at the rate of 4g prices ,network not working even a city area properly ,all times 3g network for an hour 4g network comes and disapper speed is just belows 100kbps

    @ShivajiSethuna1 @ViCustomerCare @ViBusinessIndia Vi is worst , I have already confirmed my previous operator mobile payment, previous operator also confirmed the payment by msg, but My Vi postpaid number outgoing barred from last 12 days, called 199 40 times, Mail 64 times but not helpful . Regreting to port into Vi 👎
