@VodafoneIN it seems till the time I don’t escalate issue here it does not get resolved and has become a monthly ritual. Corporate customer care does not even make an effort to resolve complaint the idea is to provide any resolution and close it to ensure TAT is within limits

@sanjeevsanyal @ViCustomerCare @TRAI Happens with ALL mobile service providers. Once you have a problem the nightmare starts. Customer helplines are useless. Best to have a prepaid mobile with a finite exposure.
