@VodafoneIN it seems till the time I don’t escalate issue here it does not get resolved and has become a monthly ritual. Corporate customer care does not even make an effort to resolve complaint the idea is to provide any resolution and close it to ensure TAT is within limits

@ViCustomerCare Recently, I have made one big mistake that I have ported to Vi India postpaid from Airtel postpaid. From the first day onwards, I am facing issues with Vi India. After 2 weeks, my calls got barred, and they are saying to got Vi store for address verification.

@ViCustomerCare Vi also does the same. I had recharged my number through Vi app, the recharge was unsuccessful but the amount got deducted from my account. Spoke to the customer care and had sent my bank statement to them and did multiple follow ups but no use. It's been more than 2 weeks now
