  @VodafoneIN it seems till the time I don’t escalate issue here it does not get resolved and has become a monthly ritual. Corporate customer care does not even make an effort to resolve complaint the idea is to provide any resolution and close it to ensure TAT is within limits

  Perhaps optics of quality networking services is biggest brand ambassador for any mobile services company as best ambassador Dog for Vodafone brand campaign is still remembered for it's simple humble network always ...wherever you are ..in this beautiful world ...network will follow ! But Alas, @ViCustomerCare @KumarMBirla quality of network and services is worst value a customer experience and Shahrukh Khan can never help with gossiping as call quality or data speed matters ! Marketing is quality value network 100% as people dont pay free lunch for faces as can go to cinema by buying ticket as self respected citizens building #ViksitBharat2047! Ugly truth is customer lost belief in Quality services from Vi ! Empty talk not accepted any more @iamsrk same as harmful gutka ad !

  @ViCustomerCare Is this the change you have got? Really? We are expecting something that benefits customers who want to switch from other network. Since Airtel has raised minimum recharge plan to Rs.350/- We assume that you won't do the same mistake.

  Complaint by VI customer that his no. has been switched off by Vodafone & now VI not activating it despite all bills being clear. The Ph is associated with Bank accounts and he is afraid it's a deliberate fraud by VI. Total blackmail. Pls help @AshwiniVaishnaw @ViCustomerCare
