    @DoT_India @ViCustomerCare Thanks DOT. Vodaphone should be penalized for not calling the customer and taking his consent for plan upgradation from 149 to 299 To increase the ARPU they are defrauding customers.

    @ViCustomerCare just had call will vodafone idea support team. From 1 year there is ongoing issue for network and still today they are providing outputs to network team. shameless company. don't have words to describe the unprofessional behaviour of this company.. @TRAI

    @mahabhinav @ViCustomerCare @reliancejio Vi is fraud they put in plans that costs more .. but never improve service … I am being complaining frm the day of merger IDEA is a bad idea … Birlas have become looters so unprofessional .Vi technology/service is rusted , rotten …I think all must port-out from Vi for better

    @TRAI team after opting out(porting) from @ViCustomerCare due to their pathetic service , I got 15 calls in one day from them to not leave and this harrassment should be stopped.

    @ViCustomerCare Hi Last week when I visited Vi Store to convert Postpaid to Prepaid, I was told due to Vi Application Upgrade It could not be done ..Has this been done ? Can Customer go to the Vi Store to have this done at least Now ? Thanks

    @ViCustomerCare Hi whenever I am calling to someone, your network goes down from 4G to 2G and call does not get connected. I tried Vi app but could not get any help.
