Hello @ViCustomerCare any update on service requests raised and was supposed be closed by 07.09.2021. Facing lot of issues with respect network. reference number C004-122196164621 and C004-122196164784 is registered. We assure resolution by 07-Sep-2021 11:17:36 AM.

@ViCustomerCare I'm experiencing the worst network from the past 3 months I can't even complain in the VI app bcoz the app doesn't open bcoz of the network. 4g/Volte is a different thing even 3g/H+ is not working properly. Also the network is not stable anywhere.

@ViCustomerCare I don't know when the temporary issue solved. Since I starting using Vi I facing this issue and still facing. I don't know how much time it will take. And How can you called this as a temporary issue. For that we leaving Vi. Improve your network first.
