Vi outage was not an individual issue, so DM is irrelevant. @TRAI plz make it mandatory for these service providers to publish down time in social media, their websites & apps. Like water and electricity telephone service is also an essential service.

Inspite of providing details my number is Suspended. Iโm in dire need as my kid is in hospital. Vi centre staff refuses to help
