Vi outage was not an individual issue, so DM is irrelevant. @TRAI plz make it mandatory for these service providers to publish down time in social media, their websites & apps. Like water and electricity telephone service is also an essential service.

Nationalist (@rationalist65) reported@anjusabu @ViCustomerCare Same here. The IR roaming pack didnโt work and on complaining, they just compensated by reducing โน1000 from the bill. In fact, entire amount should have been refunded when the outgoing calls were not working. Itโs just a scam.
