    @ViCustomerCare vi customer support is of no use. I want a justification for why you can’t issue a new sim to me in this same number. For the past 6 years, I am using this number.

    @ViCustomerCare I am really amazed with the shameless approach of VI .You just can’t resolve the problem of network coverage even after months. I’ve talked to customer care for 7-8 times, still no improvement. I also registered the complaint on VI app. But no resolution.
