    @ViCustomerCare Hello. I ported my jio number to VI. It got activated today but i am unable to send Sms through my vi number. I contacted ur customer executive but she said change message center number, it's already changed. Now what's the solution?

    @ViCustomerCare Going to take it to the consumer court against your company if I don't get any response against this. Its one hell of a insult and very unprofessional behaviour. being such a vast company nationwide the customer is facing such critical issues.

    @ViCustomerCare pathetic service you are providing after merger... I had 15 yeard old Vodafone postpaid which has been suddenly disconnected by company without informing to me..... I have raised the concern to appellate dptt too, still waiting for response
