    @ViCustomerCare Fake network, fake plans, fake services, fake promises and no customer care services they’ll never ever help so you still have time change your network or port your number as soon as possible, you are wasting your money here. This is worst network service in this entire Universe.

    @ViCustomerCare most irresponsible network.. network is down, calls are not connecting but they will charge their late payment charges on time. Pathetic.. even I can't send port message bcoz of no network

    Dear Vi care, am your regular customer since 2009. Even then am receiving bad customer service from your side and this is too unsatisfactory for me. I have changed my plan and reduced it to 399 from 499 even then the bill remain approximately same.@rmstakkar @ViCustomerCare
