    @ViCustomerCare The Vi store did not provide the actual SIM card for my second connection; instead, they gave me a different one. Because of this error, there is no network coverage on this SIM. Now, the store is insisting that the SIM owner must come in person for biometric verification.

We reached in bali and she is able to call till yesterday but now today at time of calling its saying outging call are barred. Try to reach cstomer service by vi app,they said to rplace sim.     This post raises serious concerns about fraud by mobile SIM operators, especially @ViCustomerCare There are cases where porting requests are reportedly raised without customer knowledge or consent. Earlier, users received SMS and email alerts.

    This is extremely frustrating and disappointing. I’ve been using my mobile number since 2019. It was originally @reliancejio, then I ported to @airtelindia, and later to @ViCustomerCare. Recently, my number got deactivated due to re-verification issues. Here’s what happened 👇
