    @youbroadband No support, Internet not working from past one week. @VodafoneIN . No customer service. Small player @GTPL_Hathway is ready to provide new connection within a day and you cannot provide service to existing customer. Getting @GTPL_Hathway. Bye bye pathetic @youbroadband

    @VodafoneIN @herry_786 Don't go For @VodafoneIN ..... Cause major issue in network connection & call drop issue are facing from last 3 weeks no one care about it visited at vodafone. store yet problem not resolved.

    @BhAVik313 @SamsungIndia My sam galax m30s mobile is getting only 75% signals anywhere in country using #Vodafoneidea Sim, your Auth. Center has replaced PCB for mob but issue remain the same and they said @VodafoneIN signal is bad always and no supp will be givn from sams mob. Is this a genuine reply

    Very bad experience with your Services, Regards my complaint 4 times I call your Helpline no and I asked Supervisor, but your Service Advisor disconnect my call all time without any solution. I have all call recordings also . @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Your field engineer visited the location, checked the network personally and confirmed that there is a genuine issue. He clearly informed me that only 2G connectivity is available in the area and assured me that the issue would be resolved in a few days.

    @TelecomTalk In jk @ViCustomerCare has very pathetic service. You don't go to your relatives house living in semi urban area in mountain with this network, vi can't have 2g for regions in jk . Just asking they are saying vi mein sabko sabh milega,they are the first launching priority service

    @ViCustomerCare Hello Vi Team, I want to enable the SIM Lock feature on my Vi SIM. However, I do not know the current SIM PIN. Could you please help me with the default SIM PIN or guide me on how to obtain/reset it? Also, please let me know how I can get the PUK code if needed.
