@ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare Dear Vi, it seems that you have no real intention of resolving my 4G issue. Raised my first complaint about this on 21/03/2021 and nothing has changed since. Seems you don’t care enough to try to retain an old customer. Happy to port out. Thanks for all the fish.

@ViCustomerCare As against my complain no ROB-V00403946393 dt 12.4.21, I was informed that network is poor due to trees around my location. Do trees prevent signals of #vodafone only not #Jio? It means technology of Jio is better then yours. @ViCustomerCare
