    @ViCustomerCare My father who is a Long time postpaid user with VI got a message about Amazon Prime plan activation worth Rs.1499 today. However he never used any ott benefit till today or never requested for it. Kindly check and deactivate the plan soon. Or else he will port out

    @ViCustomerCare your service quality has gone downhill. Poor network coverage for almost 40 days. Multiple complaints raised yet no resolution. Complaints gets auto closed. Rude and unprofessional customer care executive. Time to port out.

    @ViCustomerCare @ViIndia Extremely disappointed! Despite paying ₹600 earlier, I was forced to pay ₹1855.47 again just to restore my services. I’ve paid ₹2455.47 in barely 15 days — with 8 postpaid Vi connections in my family. No proper solution for a week. This is unacceptable

    @reliancejio @ViCustomerCare My father's jio mobile no X has been deactivated from jio and ported to Vi network and the number has been allocated to a different customer within span of 3-4 days .Need immediate attention on this scam , the no is linked to multiple bank accounts.
