    @ViCustomerCare The issue seems to have been fixed, not sure if it was outage or blackout. No one from customer support reached out to me but i am glad issue is fixed.

    @ViCustomerCare I have recharged on 8308361808 of Rs299 on 19 sep2021.But I m not able to access internet. I have made complain to customer care various times but my issue is not resolved yet.though my recharge validity is expiring on 16 Oct 2021. I want my issue resolved.

    @VodaIdea_NEWS @ViCustomerCare Asia’s & India’s Largest Village “Bhuban” of Dhenkanal District of Odisha State has no VI 4G network. Only 3G network available from last 5 years. Airtel & Jio giving 4G in “Bhuban” from the last 5 years

    @ViCustomerCare I still haven’t received a call back from you. My calling services haven’t been deactivated. I haven’t received anything from your end as a resolution. I would be taking this further up with the higher authorities.

    @ViCustomerCare Rs. 4.00 deducted from my mobile ,even I haven't activate any VAS . And CC personal hold my phone for half an hour .Very bad experience.Don't use Vi sim .
