@ViCustomerCare I have been facing network (call& internet) issue in my area consistently, although I have complained about it several times but result is zero. In the evening 5-10 pm internet is worst, you can't even read WhatsApp Status. It is with 4G!! would you believe @TRAI

@ViCustomerCare the sim is showing network but is un-operational, last call I recieved was 8 days ago after that calling is also not possible, internet stopped working weeks ago.

@ViCustomerCare I made recharge of my mobile number 9313006697. I Selected plan 1799 for 1 yr. Made payment through HDFC Credit Card. Amount deducted Rs 2899. Account recharged under plan 2899. This is not JUSTIFIED.Please activate plan 1799 and issue refund Rs 1100.
