5G is about to launch in india but Service provider providing 2G to 3G speed on the name of 4G. I have @JioCare @ViCustomerCare Connection both have worst internet speed.They all have same excuse and don't have any solution.Earlier I was using Airtel which also have same issue

@ViCustomerCare @vi There no generator at their tower place as engineer visited and told that he don't know when company will place generator over there, as electricity goes internet also goes off , tooo too poor service from Vi

@ViCustomerCare but i was billed in full for which i again raised complaint to which i was bluntly informed by customer care that i have to pay in full. i have formally lodged complaint with consumer grieveance cell. i will not pay full IR service pack amount. resolve the issue on priority.
