    @ViCustomerCare very disoppointed with the service from past 1year. frequently disconnection and no network for whole day and the reason given from past 6 months tower maintainence progress. We are penalized for late payment but VI should be also repay us if no network coverag

    @ViCustomerCare All service providers including VI are creating an dependency for users so that have to mandate the heavy recharges for their pre-paid services. Why was the old recharge 49 closed and now it's mandatory to make service recharge also sms functionality is disabled

    @ViCustomerCare I’ll make sure all my friends who are in Vi network port to Airtel/Jio. We have our own right to select languages we want and you don’t have any rights to make us select Hindi. I don’t know Hindi why the hell should I select it ??

    @ViCustomerCare for past 1 week I am complaining telephonically to customer care to resolve my issue regarding not able to receive incoming text messages. But sadly, your promise of help remained a promise only. No dbt why people are switching to other operators.

    @ViCustomerCare @Jiocare JIO given 6 Month Unlimited Data At Beginning Of Service I don't Understand Why They Are Not Providing Night 12 To 6 Am Unlimited Data In Their Plans Now So We Can Port In Jio... This Is Only Reason I am Using Vi Service
