@ViCustomerCare In my area vodafone idea network was great but couple days now internet speed is too slow. It's went 10mbps to 100 kbps. Why? Please resolve this ASAP, cause many people are working from home now. At Vadodara zala, near sutrapada. Gujarat.

M complaint is closed by @ViCustomerCare without any resolution or intimation. Upon asking, informed that for my service continuity Rs.46 is deducted from my main balance. That is on my pack expiry date and without my consent! Please take action. #badcustomerservice #vodafoneidea
