    @ViCustomerCare I visited a Vi Store yesterday for a replacement SIM. Hasn't been activated yet. Have spoken to your customer care team thrice, with no resolution. Harassed and frustrated. Please resolve ASAP, else, moving to Airtel.

    @ViCustomerCare worst sim! It is not detected in any phone, it has been years I am using but suddenly it has disappeared from network setting. Now customer care executive was saying to replace it, I don't have that time to go to store and wait for a day, #Portingout once it is up
