    @ViCustomerCare Being a loyal subscriber for 20 years, it awful to see that VI is all out to cheat their customers by deactivating their value add services at whims of some criminal employees/staff.

    @ViCustomerCare VI's customer service is pathetic. I am following up with VI from past 4 yrs for network issue resolution but they don't bother. They are good in sending robotic or templated responses but no action in reality. Fed up of VI now @VodaIdea_NEWS

    @ViCustomerCare My missed call information is deactivated without my knowledge/approval and now when I connect to your customer care helpline, they simply show unwillingness to help and ask write a mail.
