    @ViCustomerCare Screw you #Vi customer care executive kept me on hold for 45 minutes assuring that he will connect the call to the senior manager. But no the call got disconnected automatically after being put on hold for 45 minutes😡😡😡😡 @TRAI strict action needs to be taken against #Vi

    @ViCustomerCare is probably the worst Customer Care service in the country. I needed a receipt for a bill payment I made on Oct-1 which doesn’t show up on their site or App. When asked for a receipt I have close to 10 different complaints that were raised and closed conveniently.

    Today is day 6 that my #Vi #Idea #Vodaphone, or whatever new name they are known by, number is not working. No calls, no texts, no data, nothing works. This is also the number linked to my banking & I'm in a soup. I called @ViCustomerCare several times; received only lip service.
