    @VodafoneIN Now I don't have any trust in @VodafoneIN @vodafoneservice and I will suggest new customers to please rethink before taking @VodafoneIN network.

    @ViCustomerCare @DoT_India @Airtel_Presence I have Airtel number 9953459347 and vi number 9582050979 and have paid rs 100 for SIM issue also for vi and both numbers are not working

    Appreciate the service by VI team. 1.5 months of follow ups, 40 reminder mails since today morning, Nearly 9 hrs of service disconnection. But no revert from the team. @VodafoneIdeaIN @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare I have submitted request for conversion of my postpaid SIM to prepaid around 2 weeks ago bt still ur representative says application was rejected nd now again ask to submit all documents again. Is this type of service you provide to customer ?

    The @ViCustomerCare voicemail service sucks so deeply. Long, long preamble. Timestamps inaccurate. Passcode changes automatically for no bleddy reason except some systems person thinks passcodes should change every so often. Must be a millennial who hates voicemail.
