    @ViCustomerCare Hi, we have worked on your complaint no. MP-V01200537624 and found that the issue is possibly related to your mobile handset. Please check our services by inserting your Vi SIM in another mobile handset SIM slot 1.

    VI is charging for 4g service and giving 2g service and doing fraud with us , theri complaint redressal authority is just passing time,Internet speed never exceed 10kb/s and no any social media is running properly .Google , whatsapp everything has become slow @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare i Have reverted in DM. However nobody has contacted me. This seems to be the regular modus operandi of Vi Team. The customer gets so frustrated that in the end he shifts out to a different network due to sheer negligence as is the case here.
