    @ViCustomerCare Wherever you go in West Bengal, you will see "poor network" and "no network". he company is only interested in Money... not the service. hat's why it is keep on loosing business year after year..

    @ViCustomerCare Actually, Mobile got updated & wants to setup some finance app, so it requires to send code from vi number. I was trying send the SMS since morning from vi. Unable to send any SMS to any service network.. I recharged twice but still not able to send. Got stuck due this issue.
