    Poor service by @ViCustomerCare..made the mistake of trusting them with Intl roaming that too at a price of ₹5999. No 4G network in Europe and poor customer service.

    @ViCustomerCare Hi, thank you for your response. I went to the Vi customer service and they have issued a new SIM card which should get activated in 3 hours. Will wait for now and let you know if the problem persist. Thank you once again 🙏

    @ViCustomerCare Dear team,  As I am valued customer of VI. I did port to JIO prepaid . Same day i got call from vi executive prajwal saying that 4 month free offer if I cancel porting from vada post paid to jio prepaid.after giving one month free they sent a bill. How to report to TRAI.

    @Arun_Kaku05 @ViCustomerCare Call at their customer care number. Talk to customer care representative. Tell him/her to refund the amount. I have faced this situation quite a number of times. Everytime, they have refunded the money.
