My worst experience till date has been with Vodafone Idea.I got the sim exchange done at 1:19 pm from the store of vodafone idea I was told at that time it will be activated in 1 hour. At 4:30 i called customer care they say no sim exchange happened. @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare currently I am using VI network and it is so inconsistent. In my college premises network automatically goes to 2g from 4g inside my college. Could you do something asap please, otherwise I have to port my sim to some other network.

@ViCustomerCare world has moved on to being digital, your store still insist on showing a hard copy of an ID to the point of being rude, only to take a photo of it.This is perhaps why you're losing on your customer base. Absolutely horrendous experience #CustomerService #vodafone

@ViCustomerCare Thanks for the part resolution of my complain. Now I again request you to kindly recharge my number amout of Rs 720 which I paid on 29 August to recharge my phone.I also paid bill amount of Rs 270 of the period of postpaid sim. Thanks

@ViCustomerCare While trying to port out, I am getting UPC cannot be generated sms.Customer care says that customer database is down and I need to re-try after 4 hrs, without asking about the issue I am facing/taking my details. This is not acceptable. Could you check on this ?
