    @ViCustomerCare so poor service so poor network i can't browse properly when the electricity is gone it's automatically goes to 3G and can't do gaming with it ping so high worst choice of my life trying to call customer care but no Option for customer service

    @barbadlonda @ViCustomerCare @ViBusinessIndia If your idea customer, then you want to port idea sim to Vi. Then only you can activate Esim. You should visit nearest showroom. Your all existing plan will get reset. You will loose all previous plan benifits.

    @ViCustomerCare I am on IR at UK and the Vi SIM is not allowing me to dial or receive a call since June 20th. I raised this issue with you folks on 1st July still am not getting any valid response. let me know if you can help and fix this or else should I port it once I am back..

    Life sucks if you are an @ViCustomerCare IDEA customer. New sim, no activation, go again. There is no gurantee. Service center doesnt comply and rudeness was top notch. Throw this sim and use @reliancejio since @VodafoneIdeaIN cant solve problem even if their server was at fault

    Hi @ViCustomerCare, I have been facing severe network issues and extremely low internet connectivity for 2 weeks now. I have had no network all morning today, can we do something pls ? Complains have been raised but no solution so far. This is extremely inconvenient.
