    @ViCustomerCare What the hell #vi is doing with their customers. Worst services I ever experienced. All sudden my no service (no network) is showing in my phone. Fix it or I will have to port my sim to @Airtel_Presence or @JioCare I hope they can provide better services then #vi

    @ViCustomerCare I was in kashmir for 5 days, during the stay I found in many places VI network did not work where as Airtel did,As one of the shareholders I am very concerned unless infra is modernized and service is looked into VI is going to lose customers further

    @ViCustomerCare You guys have a super strange customer service pattern. Raised the complaint on DND , GOT a sms that issue is resolved. When called to check what's the resolution I was told the complaint was closed to incomplete info. When asked what extra info was needed 1/2

    @ViCustomerCare I couldn't have been clearer with my request. I need help with a prepaid number issued in Karanataka, which was being used Delhi NCR for the past 8 years. It has suddenly become inactive. I need help activating in Delhi NCR. And No I will not fly to karnataka juts to get details.

    @ViCustomerCare worst service experienced, firstly got an idea no. and i don't understand why recharging is not sufficient for sending a message. Anyways , firstly done a recharge of Rs 149 to increase validity, then a recharge of rs 20 to send message and then a recharge ofrs199
