    @ViCustomerCare I m using Vodafone my number from last more then 15 years and I must say that now Vi is giving pathetic network in India, zero customer service at store, very very disappointed I request to people do not buy Vi network at any cost

    @ViCustomerCare Hi, My girlfriend also not sending me DM. It is open complaint and it is not getting resolved from your side. You just lying in DM. Post your answer in public so everybody will come to know how Vodafone idea is treating their customers.

    @ViCustomerCare Not receiving prompt response from your team. They dont understand the harassment and urgency. Will need to file a complaint in the consumer forum or with ztRAI.
