@ViCustomerCare Don't know how frustrating it is for a customer who is unable to make a personal and has to go through all these menu driven apps whic does precious little to help you. Can you please call. Vodafone has become a liability.

@ViCustomerCare @vodafone @vodafonein1 no doubt you guys are loosing customer base. Your customer services are gone from bad to worse to downright intolerable. First you ask me to upgrade my SIM to 4G and after doing that you don't enable my new sim. (1/2)
