    @VodafoneIN I am sandeep singh activated number 9988100024 from patiala paid rs875 number cost but after 4 to 5 days number barred because verification issue 5 times re-verification entry done but verification call not receive and kindly confirm you are able to activate or not

    @ViCustomerCare Received call from +911205184500.The guy told that it is Company policy to make and change policies at will.This means Customer reviews or convenience is not taken into account by so called 'policy makers'.He said same in other telecom also. Is this a signal to change to 'other'

    Hi @ViCustomerCare I am facing connectivity issue and have complained 3 times and the issue is not getting resolved. The speed is low and Gets connected and disconnect alternately in 2-3 minutes. After approx 1km the signal is very weak doesn't work.

    I experienced very rude behavior from Vi customer care today. I called to inquire of an unauthorized deduction from my account. They made me repeat the question several times. I never got a convincing explanation. They refused to let me talk to their supervisor @ViCustomerCare
