Really very disappointed with your service @ViCustomerCare In our area (sultanpur, ghosi, Mau . Pincode - 275304) . We are facing lots of problem from last two weeks: poor internet , 2G browsing instead of 4G , network and no signal issue. Please fix it ASAP @ViCustomerCare

I request team Vi to please upgrade their network facilities in Sumerpur, Raj. I'm paying for 4G services yet I hardly receive any good internet facility. Am I paying for 12-6 in the night? No action taken on previous complaints @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneIN_News @AdityaBirlaGrp

@ViCustomerCare It’s been over 36 hours I received my VI sim. Why is it still dormant. It says ‘SIM NOT PROVISIONED’. Your customer care gave ‘PLEASE RESTART OPTION’ 😑
