    From last 20days I've been raising complaints about network and placed many complaints but still my network is 2 drops. I recharge 100gb work from home plan but can't use it because of your poor and worst network. Its 2 drops inside and 3 drops outside. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare I am facing a slow internet speed issue for the last one week. Only the VI app is running smoothly and other apps are not running. Already complained three times but no solution from your end. All-day internet data is being wasted as also Unlimited Night Data.

    @ViCustomerCare I am been given contradictory information from your services all the time. I want to migrate from Postpaid to Prepaid but some customer service agents say I can't do it for 90 days while the store manager says I cant do it for 180 days. What's wrong with you all?
