From last 20days I've been raising complaints about network and placed many complaints but still my network is 2 drops. I recharge 100gb work from home plan but can't use it because of your poor and worst network. Its 2 drops inside and 3 drops outside. @ViCustomerCare

I am complaining many times for data accessibility issue from more than a month, Not only I .. our locality is facing same issue from Vi. @ViCustomerCare didn't take enough step to solve the problem till now. Latest Ref no: ROB-V00492103137 Pls solve the issue as soon as possible

@ViCustomerCare I had completed everything to port my number but your customer care told me to type CANCEL followed by my number to 'enable' me the porting which actually undid everything. Such frauds you are misguiding customers. I'll have to repeat that entire porting process.

@ViCustomerCare CALLED CUSTOMER CARE 3 TIME THEY ARE JUST GIVING 2,3 HOURS TIME FROM LAST 24 HOURS. till now not able to receive any msg and call ( bank otp ) Bcz of this I can't send money to my home.If something bad happens then I will see you guys in courts. Worst service 2/2

@ViCustomerCare It's very sad that V! Has e Sim only for Apple.I am with Idea for over a decade. I use Samsung phone & smart watch & V! Doesn't have E Sim for big volume brand like Samsung Now,I will have to migrate to Airtel or Jio. Kindly support wid e-sim for Samsung products

@ViCustomerCare After two months no resolution even after writing to nodal officer and various escalations 20 did people have confirmed they are looking into the matter and will get in touch since two months. Pathetic services people and deaf management as well complaints fallen into deaf ears
