From last 20days I've been raising complaints about network and placed many complaints but still my network is 2 drops. I recharge 100gb work from home plan but can't use it because of your poor and worst network. Its 2 drops inside and 3 drops outside. @ViCustomerCare

I am using two sim cards one is @reliancejio & other is @ViCustomerCare And Earlier both have faster internet speed, faster network but nowadays it is worst in my area. No network, no internet. Fed up totally. Kindly check and resolve the issue. I will DM you my sim numbers

This isn’t about one bad interaction. It seems systemic. Customers walk in for simple services and are met with misinformation and pressure tactics. @ViCustomerCare please ensure your retail staff are properly trained and monitored. Accountability matters.

@ViCustomerCare I am not able to make calls and use data on my VI sim dispite having an active recharge. It was working just fine yesterday but calls and data stopped working suddenly today without any prior notification. I am also unable to contact costumer service.
