    From last 20days I've been raising complaints about network and placed many complaints but still my network is 2 drops. I recharge 100gb work from home plan but can't use it because of your poor and worst network. Its 2 drops inside and 3 drops outside. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Very pathetic network and service. Call drops issue as well as network disturbance since last one year in my locations. @Airtel_Presence can you help me to port my number after checking the network coverage in my location.

    @ViCustomerCare how wrost your service....shame ....you charge price for 4g service but give 2g service....not make call not voice clear not use internet.....I am user of your network.... request all of vi customer to forgive your network....because of your fake service.....

    @ViCustomerCare My Vi number is 9007728488. Pls sort out my query as soon as possible with same pace when channel was removed. If I do not get resolution within couple of days then portability would be more easy for me than the further followups to your company.

    Hey @ViCustomerCare I received a call from +919348728071 telling that he's from VI Customer Care team, asking me to install team viewer and give him access of my mobile screen. Is this a legit process or is it a fraud number? He disconnected the call on enquiring further.

    @ViCustomerCare call quality in my area with pin code 799120 is too poor. Inspite of having voLTE, the calls sound worser than 1G or 2G calls. Noone can understand even a single word been said during call. Please either provide good services or just leave the market. Thank you.

    @ViCustomerCare IS THERE ANY OUTAGE ISSUE OF VI INTERNET IN "NARODA AREA IN AHMEDABAD. FROM 22ND JUNE I AM FACING ISSUE OF INTERNET. IF I USE INTERNET IN ANTOER AREA THEN ITS WORKING BUT ONLY 8N "NARODA" AREA ITS NOT WORKING. PLEASE CLEAR IT.
