    From last 20days I've been raising complaints about network and placed many complaints but still my network is 2 drops. I recharge 100gb work from home plan but can't use it because of your poor and worst network. Its 2 drops inside and 3 drops outside. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Your own field engineer assured me that a new site would be installed and my network issue would be resolved within 15 days. It has been much longer, and nothing has changed. Now you are saying my area is not adequately covered by your network.

    I don't understand why this number of mine with Vi keeps getting suspended. If they can't fix the issue, they should just release the number so I can get it from another provider; the number is very important to me.@ViCustomerCare @vicu

    Hey @ViCustomerCare , whatever issues you are having, resolve them before 12.30 pm. IST. This is quite frustrating. The internet is not working at all. I am unable to call anyone. I have an imp task to do at 12.30 pm so please kindly consider resolving this matter.
