    From last 20days I've been raising complaints about network and placed many complaints but still my network is 2 drops. I recharge 100gb work from home plan but can't use it because of your poor and worst network. Its 2 drops inside and 3 drops outside. @ViCustomerCare

    @TRAI My mother has not been able to receive any incoming calls since yesterday. She is using the @ViCustomerCare network. To my knowledge, under the new regulations, providers are not permitted to block incoming calls even ifuser has not recharged.

    Been trying to speak to any ANY customer service agent at @VodafoneIN8 @ViCustomerCare and its hilarious how no human at the phone company will want to use the phone and talk to me to solve my issue. Trapped in a AI contained system. Progress? Welcome to the future?

    @ViCustomerCare I'm still not convinced with the resolution provided. There is clearly an option to opt for eSIM, but every time I connect with your team, I'm getting a different theory and contradictory information instead of an actual solution. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare It has been over 2hrs since you promised a quick resolution. Still no call or message, while my incorrect bill remains active @ViCustomerCare deactivate the plan and reverse the charges now. I need to pay my bill. It's last due date is tmm. Got delayed bcz of you.

    @ViCustomerCare Very very poor service, zero network at pin code 799101 and unable to even generate UPC to port the number. Customer care person is also very rude and unsupportive.
