@VodafoneIN i have been a customer of Vodafone for more than 14 yrs but i m not satisfied with the data speed. Recently i hv recharged 399 plan for 56 days with 3gb daily data but the speed of 0.02mbbps speed if i use continously also full day then i cant complete 1gb per day.

@ViCustomerCare I have ported form Airtel to VI after getting network in VI sim I am unable to do televerification by calling 59059. When can I expect my sim to be activated? Is this the way you treat new customers? I have ported thinking of good service. Dint expect this 🤬🤬🤬

@ViCustomerCare It's been 10 days in pune and I'm struggling so much for good internet. It's network is so bad here. Pune is one of the IT hubs yet VI network is so terrible here. Plz solve this problem 🙏.

@ViCustomerCare I’ve already told you that I don’t have messages record of last 7 months to show which recharge i did which created my validity till 13 june 2022. You run the company and you should know which recharge is active on my account. You did nothing to help me run the internet yet.
