    @VodafoneIN i have been a customer of Vodafone for more than 14 yrs but i m not satisfied with the data speed. Recently i hv recharged 399 plan for 56 days with 3gb daily data but the speed of 0.02mbbps speed if i use continously also full day then i cant complete 1gb per day.

    @ViCustomerCare been a loyal customer since 2007 however very disappointed with roaming service. Been 2months now that i’m billed but not receiving any roaming service. Raised multiple complaints, spoke to several people in customer care but still facing the issue @RavinderTakkar

    @ViCustomerCare Team VI pls let me know is there any solution and deadline available against call drop issue being faced by customers, since no adequate answer is available with your customer care, tried to register complaint but representative was reluctant to do that

    @ViCustomerCare if you want to pursue users to keep Vi Postpaid then why you cannot match Jio plans who bundles 3 OTT@399 Stop harrassing and constant calling and let me be in your network but in prepaid!!!

    Raised network complaint on 31st dec 2021, reference number: MNG-V00768603804. The expected resolution date is 04 Jan '22 6:00PM, but I cannot wait till that date as all my bank transactions are blocked , please help @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare @AdityaBirlaGrp if without talktime recharge you are not able to make call, then company should hv removed these plan from portal. These are unnecessary giving negative vibes about the company if someone service validity expire ,talktime recharge be valid
