@VodafoneIN i have been a customer of Vodafone for more than 14 yrs but i m not satisfied with the data speed. Recently i hv recharged 399 plan for 56 days with 3gb daily data but the speed of 0.02mbbps speed if i use continously also full day then i cant complete 1gb per day.

@ViCustomerCare i have been with #idea for more than 8 years but never seen such unappreciated behavior. Also what service you are proving through your app where one can't deactivate their service. First fix bugs in your app then promote it.

@ViCustomerCare issue with incoming calls and sms for the past 3-4 days! Its been 2 days since the complaint was logged via VI App but no resolution. Lot of work is stuck as OTP sms is not coming thru. Please resolve this at the earliest! #vodafoneidea

@ViCustomerCare Prepaid plans said unlimited 299, final bill given 471 ,when I request please change the bill, customer care said we can't do anything , your plan activated after days ,also he disconnect my from 15 day's , again he asking 2 month payment 985 , very bad experience
