@VodafoneIN i have been a customer of Vodafone for more than 14 yrs but i m not satisfied with the data speed. Recently i hv recharged 399 plan for 56 days with 3gb daily data but the speed of 0.02mbbps speed if i use continously also full day then i cant complete 1gb per day.

Hi @ViCustomerCare , I went to your Vi store to port my number to Vodafone, but your customer executive said, I have to port my number to postpaid first, only then it can be ported to prepaid. Is this the way you lure customer to opt for Vi postpaid ? #Vodafone

My daughters are stuck overseas without any network because of a glitch in your system. They abruptly lost network & almost after 24 hrs of repeatedly following up with customer care the problem isn’t solved. Shame on you Vodafone for being so callous! @ViCustomerCare
