@VodafoneIN i have been a customer of Vodafone for more than 14 yrs but i m not satisfied with the data speed. Recently i hv recharged 399 plan for 56 days with 3gb daily data but the speed of 0.02mbbps speed if i use continously also full day then i cant complete 1gb per day.

@ViCustomerCare Getting cheated by Vodafone!!! I had previously recharged with 365 days pack and got cashback vouchers. But I can't use them now. Reason: I am told by customer care that they had a validity of 3 months. FRAUD: Validity on the 12-month pack voucher is 3 months.

@ViCustomerCare I tried porting my number to Vi Postpaid and today morning I received a call from the Customer Care saying that the SIM will get activated in 2hrs but it has been more than 5 hours and the SIM isn't active. I'm unable to reach postpaid customer care service. Help!

@ViCustomerCare I said, everytime your executive told me that “Our Network team will resolve your speed connectivity issue.” then for 2 days speed provided by vi is superb. But,ASA port validity expires, Max.speed provided is 25 to 50 KB. We all (25 to 40 Vi users) have same issue at residence.

Dear @VodafoneGroup @ViCustomerCare how do I set a caller tune when the song is unavailable on your app and website and your customer care agents have no answers on calls and your what's app is just a bot. Are you for real in just charging?
