@VodafoneIN i have been a customer of Vodafone for more than 14 yrs but i m not satisfied with the data speed. Recently i hv recharged 399 plan for 56 days with 3gb daily data but the speed of 0.02mbbps speed if i use continously also full day then i cant complete 1gb per day.

@ViCustomerCare @DoT_India : Please help to assist on this matter,for my 2 VI numbers, I have been wrongly charged continuously for mobile internet on international roaming, when my mobile data/data roaming itself has been off. Huge amount has been charged and no resolution from VI support.

@ViCustomerCare Better to say it as 'GFN' (Good for Nothing), very poor service. As a new customer of vi, my experience with vi is just pathetic. Wait for 90 days and then port out to another service provider. Regret to choose Vi.
