    @VodafoneIN i have been a customer of Vodafone for more than 14 yrs but i m not satisfied with the data speed. Recently i hv recharged 399 plan for 56 days with 3gb daily data but the speed of 0.02mbbps speed if i use continously also full day then i cant complete 1gb per day.

    Amazing internet speed beat all networks in 4G technology @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS if u can't provide a better speed why u charge so much money for recharge for 4g it is worst then any other Network provider #bycott_vodafoneidea

    @ViCustomerCare It’s been a week since I reported the issue in public forum(twitter) and it’s been 3 months since the issue is in your system. I’m expecting a faster response than any automated response text like above. Please resolve this issue on priority. @VodafoneGroup @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare @rmstakkar I am facing outgoing issue on International roaming since 23-12-21, still your support teams can’t figure out issue .. seems you have no contract with service providers outside India or you must be in Violation !!

    @ViCustomerCare Don't use VI network it's an worst network I have ever seen.. And it's customer service even worse than that.. they don't even try to solve problem instead of that they making excuses. I'm facing network issues from last 5 days . Such a poor customer services #VI #Networkissues
