    @VodafoneIN i have been a customer of Vodafone for more than 14 yrs but i m not satisfied with the data speed. Recently i hv recharged 399 plan for 56 days with 3gb daily data but the speed of 0.02mbbps speed if i use continously also full day then i cant complete 1gb per day.

    What is this @ViCustomerCare? I have sent several emails and DMs regarding the data usage allowance. Always some of your customer executives ask me to send the screenshot of the message that shows the offer I recharged for. I have sent it 3-4 times. But there's no response.

    @ViCustomerCare We have no vodafone phone network at home. We always has to go outside to call!! Last complaint before switching to another network operator.

    @ViCustomerCare I bought a new sim on 5 th may and recharged with ₹2595. With this recharge I am supposed to get binge all night free service and data roll over. Irony is I'm not getting these services. I hv been complaining about this problem since 6 th may but no one is helpng
