@soumyacpl @Sumit0211k @VodafoneIN Yes but I have also 5gb storage empty , but main isshu is #Vodafone network speed and it's 2G not 4G , very bad network.and I leave this network because not properly network and not interested speed and have more isshu with Vodafone

Here i am, sitting with no network on my #Vodafone #VI sim and having to access internet or any services via my #Airtel connection. Thank god. Can't rely on the pathetic Vodafone network and services. No resolution to my service request. @ViCustomerCare i need resolution ASAP.

@ViCustomerCare even after informing multiple times and speaking to multiple executives politely and patiently, I’ve been getting calls every hour from the past 4 days. Been your customer since 2008, it’s getting really annoying now. Kindly intervene.

@ViCustomerCare I did Data pack (298₹) recharge instead of Calling pack(299₹) recharge mistakenly. Need help in changing plan to calling plan. Called your customer care . Even though they were polite but couldn't help me out.
