@soumyacpl @Sumit0211k @VodafoneIN Yes but I have also 5gb storage empty , but main isshu is #Vodafone network speed and it's 2G not 4G , very bad network.and I leave this network because not properly network and not interested speed and have more isshu with Vodafone

@ViCustomerCare Great going Vi! You closed the ticket C004-135928954261. Only, I never got the itemised bill as promised. So the only way I get to learn about VAS charges details is to pay more charges so that you can send an itemised bill! #stonks again

Going to stop using @ViCustomerCare once I return to India. No network whatsoever on either sim ( Postpaid and Prepaid ) on my phone in Belgium and if a network latches on, then call block or barring issue comes up or the network resets. Have IR packs activated on both numbers

@ViCustomerCare from last many years i am sticking to Vodafone services even after pathetic services. But now i will move all number in my family to @airtelindia. Reason: customer care people activate services on their own and charge us and your deactivating process is a mess.
