I am currently residing in UAE and unable to travel to Mumbai due to unavoidable circumstances The number was temporarily taken in a friend’s name only to preserve continuity after a porting/deactivation issue, and I am requesting a compliant remote resolution (video KYC/document verification/NOC etc.). I have filed complaints numerous times, yet no resolution has been reached. You people simply keep saying that the issue will be resolved within 24 hours, but in reality, nothing happens.
