    @soumyacpl @Sumit0211k @VodafoneIN Yes but I have also 5gb storage empty , but main isshu is #Vodafone network speed and it's 2G not 4G , very bad network.and I leave this network because not properly network and not interested speed and have more isshu with Vodafone

    @ViCustomerCare Have spoken to ur media team. No information regarding removal of waiver was given at the time of porting. After 2 months of porting, applying these charges in retrospect, is like revenge for porting out. Pls improve network instead of these tactics.

    @ViCustomerCare I have my old prepaid number wherein I had gone to your accredited service center at mapusa to get the SIM changed to micro SIM to suit my new phone. It has been informed to me that there are no new SIM available for old prepaid number.

    I called to vi customer care on 30oct2021 in morning regarding of balance deduction. Call received by your agent(Nisha) she was so rude on call and she did barred my vi number. So please look into the matter and activate my number as soon as possible.  @TRAI @ViCustomerCare
