    @soumyacpl @Sumit0211k @VodafoneIN Yes but I have also 5gb storage empty , but main isshu is #Vodafone network speed and it's 2G not 4G , very bad network.and I leave this network because not properly network and not interested speed and have more isshu with Vodafone

    @ViCustomerCare I port my sim to VI Gujarat and make payment of Rs 398/- for FRC recharge. But after the sim was ported, VI Store team didn't recharged my number and also not responding to my calls. Please help.

As of June 2025, Vi's subscribers fell to 197.7M (down 5.9% YoY), with share around 13-18% recently, losing ~0.5-1% monthly per reports. Investors shy away due to high debt (₹2.1L Cr), AGR dues, ongoing losses, and dilution risks—shares down 57% in a year despite some recovery attempts.

    @ViCustomerCare we are unable to make phone calls . If we pay for such an expensive recharge, we at least expect that our validity do not go to waste and we can make phone calls, that's the least u can do. Very disappointed with this network.@TRAI #Vi

    @ViCustomerCare I am done with VI, and will be porting out to Airtel. I don't like the customer care executive teaching me the bogus process of KYC updates. There is reason y vodafone is dying. Thanks for nothing.
