@ViCustomerCare I am a 15 years old customer of vi and corporate plan with axis bank but last to last month without my conformation plan has changed when Bill has come then I was surprised why my bills amt changed 352 to rs 472 then I called to c care got your plan has has who liable for ?

@VodafoneIN Today's 27 and nothing happened..I again say that, #vodafonenein is very poor ..not 4G speed, this is 2G speed so please Change the name. Vodafone2G high speed..not 4G high speed..

@soumyacpl @Sumit0211k @VodafoneIN Yes but I have also 5gb storage empty , but main isshu is #Vodafone network speed and it's 2G not 4G , very bad network.and I leave this network because not properly network and not interested speed and have more isshu with Vodafone

@ViCustomerCare My point is y it is taking two long months to fix one issue. What has been done so far from you. Taking info from DM, Getting calls from customers care, Social Media Team, Nodal desk, Call from Ravinder Thakkar (CEO) team and still the issue is not fixed. Wow. Get it done asap.
