    @soumyacpl @Sumit0211k @VodafoneIN Yes but I have also 5gb storage empty , but main isshu is #Vodafone network speed and it's 2G not 4G , very bad network.and I leave this network because not properly network and not interested speed and have more isshu with Vodafone

    @ViCustomerCare I have been facing a weird problem since past 3-4 months after dialing a call to someone by VI network itself automatically call and connect it to +913095. I have observed about this issue so many tweets but not any reply from your end so do respond and solve this

    @ViCustomerCare Plz check indoor network coverage is worst in pune. Plz check and resolve, otherwise i will port to airtel or jio. I need urgent resolution on dis.

    @ViCustomerCare Hi, My alternate number is 7683014765, Suspension request given by me due unsatisfied resolution and wrong charges, U r not providing services to customer. U r doing fraud and misutilisation of customer money. I will go to consumer court against you after pandemic situation.

    What could be more irritating than unprofessional customer service system Just a bot response from @ViCustomerCare . Because they don't care. @rmstakkar sir, you're team has serious problems dealing with customer concerns.

    @ViCustomerCare Is app is the only way to login to check your balance/plan details? Isn't there a web based interface? Not everyone is comfortable using app.
