    no support from vi store, no support from customer care, i recharged my number 8 days ago still i can't able to use internet on my vi sim, @ViCustomerCare please refund my money i want to swich to another operator. no one is solving my issue

    I switched vi postpaid to prepaid, new sim activated calling is working but internet is not start, so i replaced vi sim, but after replacing new sim has same problem, what is thisss @ViCustomerCare #vi No support from customer care what can i do. @VodaIdea_NEWS

    @ViCustomerCare Shut ******** up man. You yourself don't use Vi. Your team can't do ****. If you want to do something then install more towers. But your broke *** company can't afford it. Poor company with a very poor network. That's what Vi is! Don't lie to us with 4G.

    @ViCustomerCare just had call will vodafone idea support team. From 1 year there is ongoing issue for network and still today they are providing outputs to network team. shameless company. don't have words to describe the unprofessional behaviour of this company.. @TRAI

    @ViCustomerCare hay i am VI costumer no is 8860946639. From approx 6 month there is no network coming at my location while other networks full single connectivity at my location. Kindly do the needful on urgent basis otherwise I have to move some other network.

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI I have complained from last July 2021 regarding network issue. Still problem not solved. Each tweet the VI executive calls and cheating that they will solve the issue in short time. Very rubbish service and network both.

    @ViCustomerCare You person Ms Palak called me and was if no assistance. .She says it's my decision whether I pay the bill or not and that Vodaphone can migrate people to high end plans as per their policy without calling the customer.They change the plan and then just send a sms.
