    @VodafoneIN Don't have money to your extra bills and in this pandemic where everything is closed you stopped service though my plan is 299 and I got bill first text was 976 than again revised 1111 I still paid 500 which is also over but to continue service

    @VodafoneIN lodged a complaint at least 20 times - every time I have been told a senior executive will call - no one calls - waiting since 25 days!!! Very very poor service.

    @VodafoneIN it's **** you people. Hv recharge my phone number 9920115152 asking them for port code they say I dnt hv sufficient bal. Have made 10 rs. Top up also for the same this vodafone **** is completely unprofessional also crap Give me my port code.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I already have a prepaid connection from Jio. But do you'll even port nos of other service providers coz then I have a @VodafoneIN number to port but it's a postpaid connection and I would need even international roaming service activated at certain time of the year.

    @VodafoneIN @KumarMBirla @rmstakkar please help us. We have paid thrice wife’s mobile bill but still outgoing calls have been barred... we are suffering for more than 1 month now. Customer care tells us everyday that it’s been rectified but it’s still the same irritating message

    @VodafoneIN I have ported my number frm post to prepaid but unable to activate 4G. Please help. Its showing H+ instead of 4G. Previously 4G was very much active. Pls help.

    @Cyro_J @VodafoneIN @TRAI Same situation at my place. But they won't even allow me to port out without the exit fee. TRAI should take action since they are misguiding customers under pretence of superior network.

    @ekbottlebeer @VodafoneIN @reliancejio Using jio prepaid as secondary connection. All unlimited plans have FUP limit on calls to Non-Jio users. Thrice had to recharge before plan expired since limit was exhausted. Ek ka network nahi hota, dusra call karne nahi deta.

    @dhwanildesai1 @VodafoneIN won't let you port without charging exit fees. They don't honour their promise of superior network, but expect us to pay exit fees. RedX plan has been a big scam

    Every since I put a port out request, @ViCustomerCare is relentlessly calling and begging not to port out. Suddenly, the signal strength has also increased and they have started promising to give the best services. As soon as one call ends, the second again from Vi beggars comes

    @ViCustomerCare Your service standards have gone from bad to worse. Your customer care is of no use and they refuse to transfer the call to their supervisor. I’m being charged needlessly for a Sonyliv pack which was under a offer with a data pack. Please cancel the same

    VI 4g these days is worse than 2g service Pblms: 1. Slow internet speed 2. Worst calling experience 3. Call drop occur many times 4. Many a times u call someone and they don't hear ur voice or vice-versa so u have to hang it up and call again Plz do @ViCustomerCare something
