    @ViCustomerCare Mahesh- this is really poor service. I have both the number Voda & Idea I’m using from last 10 yrs but more than 1 hr network issue is disgusting. I have important call to make to overseas.

    @ViCustomerCare Thanks but I will go ahead with porting. Received a call from your customer care executive saying I need to cancel the MNP as next step of porting. That is trying to fool a customer. Bye bye Vi.

    @VodafoneIN lodged a complaint at least 20 times - every time I have been told a senior executive will call - no one calls - waiting since 25 days!!! Very very poor service.

    I don't know. Y we are paying bills for Vodafone?? @VodafoneIN there is no network here .. unable to make calls .. ultimately it's useless..n still we are paying bills for it. Very disappointed with the service

    @Cyro_J @VodafoneIN @TRAI Same situation at my place. But they won't even allow me to port out without the exit fee. TRAI should take action since they are misguiding customers under pretence of superior network.

    @ViCustomerCare I had raised my query to port my number from bsnl to vi 4 days ago and till now it is not ported. I was told it will be ported in 3 days. I have received the sim and it is also showing the network but BSNL sim is still active.

    @ViCustomerCare Went to the same vi store...i was asked to wait again for next 48 hours with the same sim.. he said he has sent a mail regarding the sim not working and i hv no other option than to wait. It's 6 days now @ViCustomerCare

    Customers are paying full money just to suffer daily connectivity problems. Either fix the network permanently or clearly say you cannot, so people can switch to another network instead of getting frustrated every day. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Most hopeless post paid service providers. No resolution for complaints regarding my incorrect name on the Vi app and otherwise. Replaced my official name to a name of their vhoice.Terrible personal experience. Do not go for this IRRESPONSIBLE Vi Mobile.
