    Day 8 since my first complaint of Vi internet services not working in my locality, and same issue faced by everyone in my family and people staying in my apartment @ViCustomerCare . If this carries on I’ll have no other option then porting to a better network! #Mumbai @GoI_MeitY

    @VodafoneIN @KumarMBirla @rmstakkar please help us. We have paid thrice wife’s mobile bill but still outgoing calls have been barred... we are suffering for more than 1 month now. Customer care tells us everyday that it’s been rectified but it’s still the same irritating message

    @ViCustomerCare Having extreme network issues....no one can hear me, voice is always breaking...this Vi is one horrible network...want to port the number now, been Vodafone customer for years but after this Vodafone Idea thing, it is a disaster network

    @ViCustomerCare How long does one need to wait for a number reactivation..it's been 6 days and 4 store visits, yet no resolution. Vodafone, you should be ashamed of your services.

    @VodafoneIN Don't have money to your extra bills and in this pandemic where everything is closed you stopped service though my plan is 299 and I got bill first text was 976 than again revised 1111 I still paid 500 which is also over but to continue service

    @VodafoneIN Having a 4g handset with your 4g sim, still unable to use LTE because your customer executive said that it is not enabled at their end and told to wait. Yes I am waiting for #Lockdown to be over and could get @airtelindia. Even another voda-sim is working fine on same

    @JioCare @reliancejio I already have a prepaid connection from Jio. But do you'll even port nos of other service providers coz then I have a @VodafoneIN number to port but it's a postpaid connection and I would need even international roaming service activated at certain time of the year.

    @ViCustomerCare Mahesh- this is really poor service. I have both the number Voda & Idea I’m using from last 10 yrs but more than 1 hr network issue is disgusting. I have important call to make to overseas.

    @ViCustomerCare how pathetic your network is turning out to be with each passing day. Why don’t you do something about it? None of my contacts are able to reach me, somehow if do get calls we can barely hear each other before your call fails. Fedup raising complaints #pathetic

    I’m writing to report an issue with my current 56-day 4G/5G unlimited plan. I successfully used up my 300 GB data quota during the first 28 days. However, now that I have entered the next 28 days of my plan, my internet has completely stopped working. @ViCustomerCare
