    @VodafoneIN - I am not able to understand due to this Covid 19 issue many people salary are been hold for past 2 Month due to which if Vodafone bill payment are pending for last month whereas due date was 22nd May... Now Vodafone company started playing the IVR before calling.

    @ViCustomerCare @DoT_India I have been receiving multiple calls from 911 400954496 just to remind me to recharge my plan. It's so frustrating at times to attend such pathetic calls. We know when to recharge or else will stop using service. @DoT_India pls take action.

    @ViCustomerCare Mahesh- this is really poor service. I have both the number Voda & Idea I’m using from last 10 yrs but more than 1 hr network issue is disgusting. I have important call to make to overseas.

    @VodafoneIN @VodafoneGroup Vodafone's employees are not sticking to their promise. Even though Vodafone and Idea come together, their service is the same. Don't use Vodafone's network. Jio's network is better than Vodafone.

    @ViCustomerCare, absolutely terrible experience trying to reactivate my SIM. Followed your re-verification link, submitted everything, and 72 hours later... still nothing. No confirmation, no network. Even your store staff has zero clues and zero accountability. Fix this ASAP.

    @ViCustomerCare manytimes people complained that my number is out of network while im seating at same place when after 15 minutes or half an hour call connects. raised complaint via app 3 days ago issue still not solved.
