    @VodafoneIN Hi Tina I know u don't have rights to improve ur 3rd class Data speed at my location so better than making fool to ur customers let them chose a right network. I will pray that the VF will leave from India soon Becoz service and network are wrost in Bairampur Dabethua Varanasi

    When you needed it to run smoothly, it failed... Sometimes automatically changed to 2G network and while other time 3G... Unacceptable.. @VodafoneIN #Vodafone

    @ViCustomerCare My decision was wrong.. VI very bad network at my home and voice breaking during the call.. Sorry @Airtel_Presence for not continue you. I will again port it from VI to Airtel soon..

    @airtelindia & @JioCare can you guys help as @ViCustomerCare takes 72 hours to issue a sim card to a new customer and has an inefficient team who lies on call and have no provision to register a complaint. Now I know why Vodafone Idea is not the preferred choice of customers.

    @ViCustomerCare I have ported my mobile number from BSNL to Vi through your store. At the time of porting the SIM, I paid ₹199 for the first recharge. While my phone number has successfully been ported, i have rec message first recharge was not done by VI store pls help..

    Dear @ViCustomerCare , My number 8709921486 has been ported successfully and network is showing, but incoming and outgoing calls are still not working. I was told it would be activated within 15 minutes, but that has not appened.
