    @VodafoneIN Network is alright now but after 5-6 days but sometimes it fluctuates G and no network for 4-5 hours so please take it seriously and work on it.I think there's some issue with the network Tower here

    @VodafoneIN purchased a SIM card from Varanasi 5 days ago and it took 4 days to activate and now its come with an no data!! Despite me paying over 600 rupees for a data package!! The store have been extremely poor for customer service and this now feels a scam! Please reply

    @VodafoneIN Hi, we're one of yr customers, using more than 150 Vodafone no(s), which includes 22 corporate no(s), at the same time & place.But after the old age booster of your network got screwed, we didn't get any help after so so many conversation.Its been 3 days(post 1 of 2)

    @VodafoneIN now I have shifted to a hostel in Varanasi besides hotel Rivera palace. At there is no network coverage. I didn't even call any person.after tying 6-7 time then call outgone.. I request you to please resolve this issue because we are students and we need net and call

    @ViCustomerCare Appreciate your response. But what a seriously absurd way to solve this problem. I need to take a flight worth 12K to go to Pune to do my KYC in the nearest Vi store and pay Rs.50 for number reactivation. I'm in Chennai right now. Most absurd policy and process.

    @ViCustomerCare Vodafone idea is a fraud. Twice i have raised a request to close my Sim But all u r doing is to cancel my request and reintiate the billing cycle. If you are living in days of your beggary, Than u don't hold any rights to harrase the consumer and earn ur money.
