Despite me paying over 600 rupees for a data package!! The store have been extremely poor for customer service and this now feels a scam! Please reply

Your infrastructure is not good, the network is not available outdoors within 500 meters to 1 km of the tower. However, it is being written in the inbox that whatever network is available, we have to accept it.
