    @VodafoneIN now I have shifted to a hostel in Varanasi besides hotel Rivera palace. At there is no network coverage. I didn't even call any person.after tying 6-7 time then call outgone.. I request you to please resolve this issue because we are students and we need net and call

Justin replied saying if JIO CALL APP showing offline and dont receive any sms or unable to make calls then its not network fault. some say my phone has VOLTE .
