    @VodafoneIN I think you have earned a lot from your customers and has achieved what you want,Now a days when we are using 4G but on other side we are still struggling with network problem for calling. Even your customers care number is getting invalid.

    @VodafoneIN Very poor coverage, calls r dropping, network strength is vry poor with 1 or 2 against 5. Complaint made vide ref no.C003-41620764208.Issue couldn't be resolved. Looking for prompt action.

    @ViCustomerCare I am using a VI sim for around 8 months and this is the 7th time I am complaining. I am not receiving any messages, important otps ,While calling my sim just goes into 2g, My messages are not getting delivered many times. Literally the worst service provider .

    Hi there @ViCustomerCare despite of raising a complaint on 6.3.2023, my internet issue is not resolved yet. No one is even aware of the problem ? This is for the second time in less than 3 months that I am not able to access internet, even though I am on unlimited pack. 1/2

    @ViCustomerCare what the hell is going on ! my calls are dropping continuously and your great customer service says it will take 7 days to be resolved ! R u kidding me? So I’m supposed to be helpless for 7 days w/o a phone despite having paid 1800 Rs for a plan?
