@ViCustomerCare When vi will fix the latency issue why its always 100-200 ms latency and jio and airtel gives below 50ms i have reported several times on call but nothing is happening vi dont care about latency buy good servers man its so high latency fix it as soon as possible

@ViCustomerCare I have raised multiple complaints to Vodafone regarding incurring incorrect data charges but there has been no resolution on my case. Complaint number #4-133553645428. Higher bill amount. continuous harassment with baseless replies @DoT_India pls note

@ViCustomerCare I have a complain regarding my vi no, which was earlier a prepaid, and later it was changed to postpaid, bcoz there was no network for it for a day and had visited VI gallery so they told me to change my Sim card to vi from my old idea one, and I was told that my
