    @ViCustomerCare you've not improved your services in bilaspur of chhattisgarh state. Data speed is very slow. I'll have to switch to some other better service provider.

    @ViCustomerCare went to Vi store Anna Nagar, Chennai to pay postpaid bill and recharge for a prepaid number. Even after an hour the my account didn't get the credit. When I went back again the excuse given to me was "forgot". Vi Customer care is going downhill.

    @ViCustomerCare can we do the simex by courier? Not safe to venture out for my parents. Their sim is getting 1 network bar. Its very slow and call keeps dropping.

    @ViCustomerCare received call from+919297969390 asking send live location than will do something. It seems that problem occurred by me and i have to pay for that. What a service???
