@ViCustomerCare no use of your team calling me. they just call from there number and mark my complaint as solved irrespective of my problem still not solved.just social media team actively replies.but your network team is useless marking complaint as resolved even when i told problem still there

@ViCustomerCare I would like to inform you that I hv port my CUG connections last four months back as well I hv given my complaints by email but no further action has been taken yet. In our area there was no network. Pls check & resolve this issue.

@ViCustomerCare being a postpaid customer I have set a caller tune of shiddat movie title song but when anyone is calling the caller tune is coming of vi . I means wtf is this. If you want to promote your company song use other platforms y my callertune .

@ViCustomerCare Literally, the worst network and customer service in india. I've been trying to reach the customer care and all I get to hear is try these steps. I've not been able to connect to data for past two days inspite of having an active data plan.

I have been using @ViCustomerCare From last two months and the network is very poor. The YouTube videos in 480p takes time to load,it buffers all the time. I just recharged but definitely switching to @reliancejio because of their services.
