@ViCustomerCare Yes, it was such a simple settings change which half your team didn't even know! This issue could have been resolved in 5 mins and did not need to waste 4 days and cause a lot of inconvenience to me!

@ViCustomerCare I am having 2 postpaid connection I am not able to make payment until 1 oct 2022. but your customer care is constantly calling me and to my alternate no every 5 min so should I port out when I paid all dues Also I was given credit limit of 3500.
