@ViCustomerCare It is really becoming vry difficult to explain your Social Media folks, the issue I reported. Sent multiple DMs stating that I dont have Vi#. But I get msg like 'want you to continue enjoying the superior Vi experience' Someone else's email coming to my email id.

@ViCustomerCare I have just dm you my phone number, also need to tell you that i requested the customer care guy if they can change my recharge to any other domestic plan it will be helpfull as my money is wasted due to lack of information from there side & he rejected it as well

@ViCustomerCare @OfficeOfRSP @PMOIndia why don't you see the mess and harrassment of customers by the tsp. You only give lip service hence it can be arrived at that the either the government doesn't know or it knows but is keeping quite. Why so.

@ViCustomerCare @airtelindia is far better than Vodafone. Airtel never deducted fraud vas charges. But Vodafone is loosing customer that's why they are deducting my money for vas. How pathetic service from vi call center.
