@ViCustomerCare I get recharge on 3 jun2021 11.43am of rs 30. After recharge I have 1 vice call of 0.75 rs as per the your deduction data. So where is my remaining balance? And your facility of WhatsApp chat is very very bad and useless. Mo. No. 9270030336.

@ViCustomerCare I am send a port request but Vodafone block my message showing this error (UPC cannot be generated for the reasons: (1)There are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance.)

@ViCustomerCare - I have been facing 4G internet issue(no network at all) in my society area since last 3 weeks. 1st complaint was resolved saying there is no issue on n/w. Raised 2nd one today. Lot of people in my society have ported out of VI due to this. Should I do the same?

@ViCustomerCare @vodafone Why my 46 Rs. deduction for service validity with out my authorization and without my knowledege ? If i dnt want to extend the service then why you are deducting uselessly ?
