@ViCustomerCare Already have tour number 9968200165 you can check i cant even use 4g on your network you can check how many time i complaint this number was mtnl and i switched due to my job in noida but after wfh i cant even use 4g and speed in 3g is like what can i say

@ViCustomerCare poor network service Internet speed is less than 2G. There is no sound in the phone call.Unless called 5 times.vodafone-idea has number five in my family.The problem is happening with everyone.I am suffering from mental torture since last 15 days.

@ViCustomerCare I have been contacted with customer care support and also with store, and raised a complaint. Now the complaint status is closed and still the issue presist.
