    @ViCustomerCare I did recharge after seeing special offer but I didn't get it and offer is showing before and after recharge but I didn't get it and after talking to your customer care my problem is not resolved please solve my problem.

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI But you don't pay any attention to the network in rural areas. We made only one mistake. I got Airtel sim port switched to VE. I thought your network will be so good that there will be no problem in calls and internet.

    @ViCustomerCare Hi Team, I've been facing issues with my Idea sim card for more than 3 weeks now. It was working fine before but now all of a sudden there's no network bar visible. I tried re-inserting the sim and also changed the slots but it still doesn't work! Please help!
