So after Engineer visit at my place and continuous follow up for 17 days, for better calling experience @ViCustomerCare gave me solution to change my @Moto handset, as it is not available in @ViCustomerCare wifi calling handset list

@ViCustomerCare Tx @ViCustomerCare have contacted me but i m using jio fiber which is giving such bad service from fiber side my net is down since 3 days till now engineer has not come to restart it threatening that this time complaint I will not fix it I am looking for a new & good speed fiber

@ViCustomerCare Most pathetic service ever. Hardly get signal anywhere in Goa. Helpline doesn't work for company accounts. The Vi app doesn't seem to work anymore. Neither are we able to port to a more reliable option like Jio where the signal is good in Goa.
