    @ViCustomerCare Thanks much for the update. Vi outage was not an individual issue, so DM is irrelevant. @TRAI plz make it mandatory for these service providers to publish down time in social media, their websites & apps. Like water and electricity telephone service is also an essential service.

    @ViCustomerCare I am not able to delete it. I am serious about the same as we are paying the same amount which airtel n jio subscribers pay them for a good speed 5G network. I need better Speed currently it is 5mbps. Too much interference on this area

    @ViCustomerCare VI NETWORK CONNECTION IN MY LOCALITY IS NOT WORKING WE ARE ABLE TO MAKE PHONE CALL BUT DATA NETWORK IS NOT WORKING SINCE 11 APRIL 2026 , ALSO THERE IS NO ONE , WHOM WE CAN CONNECT AND SHARE OUR PROBLEM, THERE IS 199 COUSTOMER CARE NO. BUT IT'S FULLY AUTOMETED. PLS, RECTIFY IT.

    Dear @ViCustomerCare your rep Mr. Shahrukh at Malviya Nagar, Delhi store refused to transfer the corporate connection to personal account on flimsy excuses like letter has expired and a new letter needs to be obtained. Its more customer harrassment than care.

    @ViCustomerCare I am extremely disappointed with your service. I will not use a Vi SIM anymore, and I will not allow my children to use it either. If they do not listen to me, I would rather donate my property to charity than give it to them. I do not understand the logic behind the deactivation

    @ViCustomerCare After multiple complaints same issue, the network speed is less than 20kbps. VI is providing the worst experience ever than other service providers. Now they will file a complaint and will resolve within 5 days, but no one gets to know what will happen in 5 days.

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare: Activated International Roaming for 24 hrs via customer care. Charged again the next day without consent.Told it got โ€œauto-renewedโ€? I was in India. No usage. Reverse the charge & stop forced auto-renewals, scoundrel & fraud activities. #ConsumerRights #Telecom
