@ViCustomerCare Thanks much for the update. Vi outage was not an individual issue, so DM is irrelevant. @TRAI plz make it mandatory for these service providers to publish down time in social media, their websites & apps. Like water and electricity telephone service is also an essential service.

If u don't want to solve anything than why u takes complaint just don't claims 4g gigabite speed if u give 2g speed don't fool customer by ur fancy advertisement please just clear here u want to solve my problem or i port on other providers @ViCustomerCare
