    @ViCustomerCare It's been a month since I am not getting 4G data. If we ask for refund for which VI has not provided service. They give answer that as per terms and conditions VI can't refund. And if we ask for as per which terms and conditions I would not get refunded. They don't have ans.

    @ViCustomerCare found that my plan for msisdn 9899xxxxxx was changed on 24th Dec 2021 without my concern.  I have never requested for any plan change. Plz revert back the plan as previous as no request was made from my side on any plan change. Awaiting your response. #VIchorhai
