@ViCustomerCare Thanks much for the update. Vi outage was not an individual issue, so DM is irrelevant. @TRAI plz make it mandatory for these service providers to publish down time in social media, their websites & apps. Like water and electricity telephone service is also an essential service.

@DoT_India @VodafoneIN DND is fully activated, it doesn't work. All numbers are not registered as telemarketers so we still get a lot of spam calls. We also get numerous spam messages every day, they easily bypass the DND service.
