    It’s been around 11-12 years still @ViCustomerCare vodafone network in my hometown location is still poor, indoor zero network outdoor 3/4 bars. @reliancejio launched just few years back and has 4/4 signals out and in but #vodafone or now #vi is lagging. 12 years is enough.

    @ViCustomerCare Trivandrum City limits has only 2G. Every time I call your customer care says there is a outage and will be fixed in 1 hour. It's 4th day now. Why am I charging for 4G when you can't provide reliable service for almost a week now? If you can't provide, then shut shop and leave!!

    @ViCustomerCare - compliant # del-v00389166183. Recharge this morning for 3gb data for 28 days for ₹48. Calling customer desk gets a 48 hour to fix it. Can someone fix it? Hopeless service on calling customer service

    Dear @ViCustomerCare Sir, I have ported from Airtel Postpaid to Vi postpaid in search of better services and network. But I am disappointed with the service and network both. I am feeling like robbed by Vi team. Very pathetic services and network in both city and rural areas.
