    @ViCustomerCare Thanks much for the update. Vi outage was not an individual issue, so DM is irrelevant. @TRAI plz make it mandatory for these service providers to publish down time in social media, their websites & apps. Like water and electricity telephone service is also an essential service.

    Gross negligence by @ViCustomerCare! MNP SIM delivered on 8th June, active on 10th, but NO network. Cust care says "SIM is damaged, visit store." Why should a solo woman travel to another town because VI delivered a faulty SIM? โ‚น365 recharge wasted, 7 days lost! Fix this ASAP!

    Dear @ViCustomerCare Vi movies+TV website is pathetic. Requires multiple logins through the day, pathetic UI, and functionality breaks. Evident you hold no command over your dev team; coz i know how little an effort it is to fix these issues. I wont renew my subscription. Ty๐Ÿ™

    @ViCustomerCare Still ZERO response from @ViCustomerCare after my DM. Even worse, the delivery agent contacted us and had the audacity to demand โ‚น150 for a replacement SIM for a faulty one you already delivered! This is daylight robbery & harassment. Fix this NOW. #Vi #CustomerService
