    @VodafoneIN Internet is suspended in Parul university Vadodara Waghodia from many days every Vodafone user is facing much inconvenience hope you guys fix this soon I called the customer care they told that there is a techcal issue it will get fixed within 4 hour.

    @ViCustomerCare i was facing issues with SMS. Someone from support asked me to get a new sim card. At the vi store in aundh pune i was asked to for kyc. I was carrying my aadhar and pan card. Later the executive told me since i have been a member for long time (20+ years),

    Hi @ViCustomerCare @JioCare, the network coverage in Nana Chhapara, Kashindra (Ahmedabad) has been extremely poor. We have over 300-400 bungalows here, and recently around 300 people have already ported to Airtel out of frustration. Please improve the network ASAP! #Vi #Jio

    @ViCustomerCare What exactly is happening? The entire Vi network in Raisen, MP has been down since 5 PM. No calls, no internet, and not even a single update. People depend on your network for work, banking, and emergencies. This is completely unacceptable. Fix it immediately.

    @ViCustomerCare I have contacted customer care, visited the retailer, and tried every possible way to resolve my porting/recharge issue, but I still have no solution. Please investigate and resolve this urgently. If not, I'll escalate to the Appellate Authority and Consumer Comm
