    @VodafoneIN Internet is suspended in Parul university Vadodara Waghodia from many days every Vodafone user is facing much inconvenience hope you guys fix this soon I called the customer care they told that there is a techcal issue it will get fixed within 4 hour.

    @ViCustomerCare Why don’t you respond to my messages? I will DM but have no time to waste in trying to navigate through your IVR I have lodged this complaint and will shift to another telco if I keep getting unwanted calls despite full DND activation it’s painful specially when one is in USA

    @ViCustomerCare I had call from vi and told me that I have poor network in my area. But still we will not upgrade it. For better network you should go to other network providers

    @ViCustomerCare 18 years of using the number, struggling to send SMS and not getting any help … each day a new person calls to say wait for 2 more days. Can review but not send SMS, irony is that can’t even get a port out OTP since that too is an SMS

    @ViCustomerCare it's been 9.5 hours now that there are no networks on my SIM. I hve been complaining about frequent network losses from your operating side for months now yet no improvements. Do you not care for your lifelong users or we shuld shift to @airtelindia @reliancejio
