    @VodafoneIN Internet is suspended in Parul university Vadodara Waghodia from many days every Vodafone user is facing much inconvenience hope you guys fix this soon I called the customer care they told that there is a techcal issue it will get fixed within 4 hour.

    In wagodiya(Baroda) Parul University, The network/Internet is extremely poor. My plan for 4G but the Internet works on (E) 😩😩. @VodafoneIN Please note this

    @ViCustomerCare How bad your network can be? Rare signals,No OTP getting received, No outgoing calls connecting. Even when I want to port out of your network, even for that OTP is not coming. Help me get OTP on my number, I'll port to something else. @TRAI @DoT_India

    @ViCustomerCare I have been raising issue with my vi simcard since last week that I am not able to send any messages on any number even though I have already have pack necessary.I have also mailed it but the issue was resolved without any resolution.

    @ViCustomerCare Your VI 4G Link is Fully down & No Mobile Network Tower & 4G Icon show.. several time Mobile switch Off & Onn but Results is Negative. Show Emergency Call only.. Location:- Hojai(Assam) 782435. Please up the Link as soon as possible. @VodafoneGroup @TRAI

    @ViCustomerCare Thank you for the response. I have already shared the issue multiple times through customer care and email but no resolution has been provided yet. Requesting refund/reversal since the recharge amount was deducted but the service is still unusable.

    @ViCustomerCare As per your request I had visited VI mini store katenanivali kalyan east they also has not issued me sim replacement with the help of voter card, DL and passport. Please solve the problem or else I will approach the consumer court for redressal.

    Suddenly since 7pm no mobile network on my phone. Tried every solution mentioned on the net. Buggers at @ViCustomerCare don't even have a functional helpline. Has anyone ever faced such an issue? What's the solution. P
