I am Not happy with @reliancejio internet speed. I am not getting more than 100kbps speed. Even I am not able to excess YouTube. Please look into this problem otherwise I need changes port in @VodafoneIN or @airtelindia

@ViCustomerCare Outgoing calls have not gone since yesterday. I called customer care, they said that there is a technical problem and they will resolve it in 4 hours. It has been 24 hours, still not been resolved. How much longer will it take?

my sim card is not working, I went to the store got a duplicate and after half hour I get a message saying it is rejected. Your customer care is unable to help & the stores in Bnglr are closed today. The help centers of other operators are working today. @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare Hi, been facing network issues in my area since 2 hours. It's raining & have noticed that usually during rains this issues crops up in this area. Am near Muthialpet area Kottakuppam, Pondicherry. Haven't been able to contact customer care too. Pls look into it

@ViCustomerCare i talk with agent for post paid to pre paid he said to send sms on 199 but while shift to post paid i paid some amount which i have to bare and again i have to recharge this is really bad ur network issue and i have to bare why?

@ViCustomerCare Hello team, I do realise that Vi’s eSim is not available for prepaid users but are there any chance of getting it prepaid users in future? In that case I would wait or I will just have to get another sim for eSim service.
