    @ViCustomerCare Hello VI customer care team, the issue with my connection is persisting. It’s now over a week I m not reachable for my contacts. I will wait till today EOD for issue to get resolved, otherwise port my number to some other service provider. Thanks you.

    @ViCustomerCare Absolutely no word of mouth. I am ptrying to port my number but no response from the team plus i was promised for a call back but one called to resolve the issue and then they will add late payment fee. Pathetic.

    @lavanyadeepak @ViCustomerCare Most of the time they don't respond. Moreover, they don't have good indoor coverage, network can't be used. Very worst 4g network. No vowifi or esim for iPhone. They are charging at par with jio and Airtel but no service.

    @ViCustomerCare The queries raised by your customers can be handled better by machine intelligence than by the human intelligence of your customer team. Repeatedly giving the pointless response / resolutions which are of no use to address my concerns.Sub standard and 3rd grade service.
