    @ViCustomerCare Stuck on Day-1, Porting from jio to Vi GoG postpaid plan. My jio network gone and Vi network not activating to Esim. Its been 3 hrs of back and forth request/process still no luck. :(

    @ViCustomerCare VIP Number Order Expired Without Clarification I booked a Vi VIP/Fancy postpaid number through online order ID SPORJW29042646360. The order status changed from In Progress to Order Expired without any delivery attempt or clarification. What a bulls*t service it is

    @ViCustomerCare My ₹2099 Nonstop Hero plan activated on 1 April 2026 with 300 GB per 28 days FUP. Different customer care executives have given me different reset dates (28 April, 2 april, 4 May), but my data counter still has not reset correctly.
