@ViCustomerCare hi vi, I am not able to use my internet since last 15 days to do this email i had to get wifi connection from another company simcard user i complain many times but your Executive hold the call for 15-20 mins so please solve this issue or i will change sim card

@ViCustomerCare u have deducted my balance unnecessarily . Even your customer executive told me that your balance has not been refunded. You are deducting customer money only because u can cover up your own company losses. Kindly look into this matter ASAP.

KMB stepping down mirrors the pathetic status Telecom has been pushed into. Absolutely no relief in AGR dues. Heading into Duopoly is dangerous. @FinMinIndia this is extremely shameful; we can all see it! Hope some immediate relief is extended to @VodaIdea_NEWS @ViCustomerCare
