    @ViCustomerCare Hi Yesterday i Switched From Postpaid to Prepaid i got the otp for new sim and i network is gone also but after some time sim is back in postpaid and new prepaid is not working kindly look into it

    @ViCustomerCare Yes, obviously you will not be able to reach, since your sim shows no service. No worries i have applied for a Airtel number today, once that is activated i will share alternate number.

    @ViCustomerCare No solution yet. Since 4 days only in morning to around Noon time there is network and then all day no network. What is wrong with your service in Parbhani? Are you deprioritizing certain numbers and letting their network down for others? Be direct should they switch network?
