@ViCustomerCare Pathatic network service at Hyderabad. Improve your signal strength. We are unable to get the signals in middle of the City. You are pushing us to port other networks.

@ViCustomerCare your customers services are very poor your guys made fool customers I have requested to you for sim exchange for 9929360292. But still didn't not exchange it. I am calling to vi customer care last 28-08-2021 to 30-08-2021 and goon 3 days but still no response.

Time to port to other network operators,! @ViCustomerCare wants me to recharge for 128 Rs evry 28 days to be allowed to use outgoing smses. Even if we have 100s main balance in our account and have activate service validity. Just needed to send one message for UPI activation!
