    @ViCustomerCare The condition of Vodafone's 4g network is very bad here(jadurberia, uluberia, howrah, WB). Here the network occasionally becomes 2G and the speed is very low.

    @ViCustomerCare I miss to pay my bill and I have been customer since 12 years. All incoming and outgoing calls, SMS are stopped? Please start my service. How will I pay bill if you hve stopped my service. I mot able to receive SMS for OTP.

    @ViCustomerCare @vodafonein1 @VodafoneGroup I don't whats the matter but whenever there is power outage in my area internet goes to complete halt. Still the internet not working and using hotspot of jio user because thats one of reason i will port my sim soon.
