My voice call gets disconnected in 10 seconds every time on the first attempt. Then have to make second call to talk longer. This has been a trend for weeks now! Possibly the worst network ever. #Vodafone @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare I applied for an address update in Feb (in store) and those fellows never completed the task. Now after following up with customer care and emailing documents, all i get as an update is you have received the request. It been 10 weeks! How long more i have to wait?
