    @ViCustomerCare @rmstakkar There is just 23 days I have purchased a new Vi postpaid sim card and now it's network often goes Edge from 4G and Suddenly Volte service goes off(In device it's active).This happens with my 2nd Vi prepaid Sim too I complained often But now I'm tired.

    @ViCustomerCare I did a recharge by mistake of Rs 1799 (365days pack with 24gb data). My current pack is expiring on 5th sept. Can you pls cancel that recharge? It's not at all useful to me.

    @ViCustomerCare really third class service took new sim before 2 month and it stop working because of technical issue of sim and when I gone for switch sim they charge me for 75Rs where it is technically issue of VI sim, so thinking of switching operator

    @ViCustomerCare You have blocked my outgoing calls and my main balance is negative somehow for which I recharged 299..still not working Customer care is busy ..very bad service ..you have wasted my time
