    @VodafoneIN why rates are too hight am going to switch your network. Second reason is very bad network.

    @ViCustomerCare Is this how you help your old customers? My dad lost his SIM card, and he went to a Vi Store, got the new card issued, but it didn’t activate. On enquiring, the store said “the document verification failed as the system cannot find associated docs.”
