    @ViCustomerCare many times gift me 1 GB data free for 7 days, extends my out going facility for 7 days. Vi is best in signal strength then @Airtel_Presence Vi if provides outgoing sms on recharge of Rs 99 they r d BEST @JIOCARE never call back & worst protect cheater staff 😭

    Hey @ViCustomerCare maybe its better to show some empathy and not harras the customer for bill payment 2-3 times a day when he had informed again and again that his father is in ICU and bill payment may not be the immediate priority right now and will may later.

    @Airtel_Presence it's a reality that u sent many technician's to resolve d issue of no signal at Sushma Swaraj Bhavan but 4 d last 9 year's not solved my problem @ViCustomerCare has 1 shortfall they don't provide outgoing sms facility on recharge of Rs 99 otherwise many times...

    @ViCustomerCare plz fire your incompetent employees who can't credit back money to a customer's account weeks after a failed recharge attempt on your not-so-great app that keeps hanging. @TRAI please take stock of this. Sent 2 e-mails already to Vi as well as TRAI. @DoT_India
