    @ViCustomerCare DM usually don't get the proper response. Ground Floor, Vi - Vodafone Idea Store, 320, Sir Jamshedji Jeejeebhoy Rd, New Nagpada, Byculla, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400008. All agent along with the store manager said that back office closes at 6.30pm n after that they can help us.

    @ViCustomerCare from yesterday I am facing data speed drop issue. Data stops suddenly for 1-2 minutes.checked all settings nothing happening. #vi4g service is very poor. During also data stops working even at volte 4g . is this joke happening

    @ViCustomerCare Just found out that VI stores in Mumbai are open till 7pm but all work of taking new requests are stopped after 6.30pm on account of Back office closed. How does this work?? VI want us to visit the store but don't allow them to help customers, is this company policy???
