    @ViCustomerCare ur cst care agents are bunch of liers.. 1st guy told me he tk my complaint regarding call drop n it will resolve within 24hrs..aftr 5days whn I called thm back 2nd guy told me thr some technical issue in my area n he don't know when it will end..

    @VodafoneGroup @ViCustomerCare Sim is not working and went to customer care. They said a new SIM will be provided and whatever plan is recharged with it will be gone. I have recharged for a yearly plan. Its a complete waste of money for me. Can someone help.
