@VodafoneIN Hi Vodafone I'm facing network issue on regular basis..regular call drops and fluctuation in 4G most of the time it shows 3G in my phone. You are not providing 3G speed in the era of 4G/5G. 3G downlink data speeds defined by telecom service is upto 21.6Mbps.

@ViCustomerCare the info you have sharwd on dm is useless as it says my complaint is registered and will be resolved by 1040 am on june 18th. ur representative has merely copy pasted the msg and sent it when the timeline for resolving has already passed. nobody is helping at all.

I am fed up with the number of spam/sales/promotional calls @ViCustomerCare do, on a daily basis. Blocked infinite of them, but this isn't helping either. Mom and Dad uses the rival firms, and they are happy with the service. I am too thinking to switch. #vodafoneidea #India

@ViCustomerCare now I have come to know it was never cancelled. The collection team is calling 50 times a day harassing me n my friends of non-payment and that they are coming to my house for the collection. If anything like that happens, I will have to report to @DelhiPolice
