@VodafoneIN @TRAI While dialing 198 for complaints Vodafone is cheating people! First when you call they do not provide a call connect signal and we are unable to provide an input! Then when they do provide call connect signal there is no option to register your complaints!!

@ViCustomerCare Not infect me but Our Entire Area are still suffering from this issues and customer care are not responding properly. Forgot about Internet but We are not able to do Call. And care executive was said that before 1 pm of 14th July your issue has been resolved but not yet resolved.

@TRAI @ViCustomerCare deducted 128 rupees from my balance without my approval for auto recharge when my last 3 recharges were just 49 rupees. I am filing a complaint because they say they can do whatever they want to and the customer has no recourse, & can't file a complaint
