This is now getting very irating for me as per ur instruction I visited the store as well and they told me that my number does not exist in there records. What should i need to do further

    Your 4G services are not Worthing it. (Getting worst may be right) I know that due to lockdown the internet services are affected. But as a student I'm facing issues with my studies. Please resolve the issue as soon as possible. @VodafoneIN @VodafoneGroup @Idea @cbseindia29

    @VodafoneIN Hi Vodafone I'm facing network issue on regular basis..regular call drops and fluctuation in 4G most of the time it shows 3G in my phone. You are not providing 3G speed in the era of 4G/5G. 3G downlink data speeds defined by telecom service is upto 21.6Mbps.

    @VodafoneIN my signal keep switching between 4G and 3G causing much hamper to my work. Can you please fix the same asap as I am paying for 4G and not for the service or 3G that to postpaid.

    Dear @ViCustomerCare, there is a major network issue in Dariapur area,Ahmedabad.All Vi users in our area are getting zero signal indoors.Voice calls are constantly breaking,and the other person cannot hear us.Please look into this and fix the network coverage here immediately.

    I requested removal of the Family Plan from my primary number. Your executive informed me that I would receive a call and then reply to an SMS. I received both, but the SMS does not allow any reply. Kindly resolve this issue and process my request immediately. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Ordered a sim card on Friday and the status is still order placed. Boasts of 24 hour delivery but fails to even take an order. Paid even for the plan and completed KYC. Please help.
