    @ViCustomerCare Still same call done by VI why are you calling regarding information you are not want to known issue pls waived off existing unnecessary charges and late payment with GST is it okay total loot fraud don't recommend this.

    @ViCustomerCare The speed of vodafone idea is so pathetic that i am not able to pay your bill via your internet .. complained multiple times but no resolutions .. your kanpur team is sleeping they hardly visit sites to know actual issues #3-103746320270

    @twilightfairy @ViCustomerCare I migrated to Airtel a couple of years ago after using Essar/Hutch/Vodafone since early 2000s. Major network issues.

This is now getting very irating for me as per ur instruction I visited the store as well and they told me that my number does not exist in there records. What should i need to do further

    @ViCustomerCare your 399 postpaid plan is poor because only 25 gb data given. But prepaid given more data and other company. So give 70 gb data per month ok thank you

    @TRAI I have a Vodafone number and the bill due date is 9th August. @ViCustomerCare calls me atleast 10 times a day asking for bill payment which is not even due. The customer call center person responded that she had raised some request. Dint get any response yet.

    @ViCustomerCare @pathakvinay My mother uses your service from last 8 years but 2 years ago be wanted to change postpaid to prepaid but your service center never cooperated. Aleats makes accuses and does not change. My mother is differently abled..still you dont support.
