@ViCustomerCare : It's been sheer harassment for my 75 year old dad to get a new sim issued in Punjab. He has an old number when VI was spice. Recently, the MSG on screen was "not registered in network".We went for reissue of duplicate sim THRICE but sim couldn't be activated?

@ViCustomerCare your service is very poor untrained and uneducated staff at una and they are not even listening to my complaint they told me to call on this number 9882111115 and this person named Hitesh started misbehaving with me and told me you shouldn't have purchased this

@ViCustomerCare I regret using this network for a long time now. For the past 3 months my network connectivity is low and not even able to use my internet connection. I have raised complaints previously but there is no improvement. Please fix this now or I'm porting out.
