    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare I am from ujjain. vi network is too bad. Always internet speed dropped Not stable.i report many times of costumer care but no solution. Call drop problem vice cut Problem network problem only so many problem and problem...Aap aap hi bataye kya kare

    @ViCustomerCare You are not really intending to help. You are just pretending to help because its social media. I have already provided all relevant info. Further questions are useless. Fix your network if you wish to. You have the state, you have the pin codes. There's no network in those areas

    @ViCustomerCare Your field engineer visited the location, checked the network personally and confirmed that there is a genuine issue. He clearly informed me that only 2G connectivity is available in the area and assured me that the issue would be resolved in a few days.

    @ViCustomerCare If your business is not running in Orissa how come you scamming MH numbers using network issues and telecom sim sellers? Some BGLR based apps like Myntra and other handsets where your apps are installed from Airtel to Vi app you have been using BGLR things to scam others.

    @ViCustomerCare @ViNewsOfficial more than 3 months later the problem remains unresolved. Your executives accept the billing is incorrect, but claim your billing team insists it’s correct. I am asking for an explanation of the bill, but no one can offer any. Is this how it works?
