    @ViCustomerCare My wife has been trying to port from Jio to Vodafone for the past 15 days. First order created thru app was cancelled, store people forcing us to purchase postpaid and now new order is created and no response from customer care! Pathetic service for new customers.

    @ViCustomerCare ordered sim online on 13 July. The customer service exe called & said sim will be delivered on 14 July. Today is 17 and there is no communication. regret using VodafoneIdea. Poor & terrible service. PLEASE CANCEL MY ORDER

    🀬 @ViCustomerCare Fix your damn 5G network. Y'all keep hiking recharge prices every other month, don't even offer free data like others, and the network is absolute garbage. At this point, switching to another provider feels like the only option. 🀑
