If your backend isn't showing the offer, that's Vi's issue. Customer shouldn't suffer for company's system failure. Resolve this.

Customers are suffering from every possible issue—expensive recharges, reduced talktime, less data, shorter validity, poor network coverage, and even SIM deactivation without proper justification.
