    @ViCustomerCare Resolution of DEL-V01245608655 has never been resolved. Why does the Vi closes the complaint unilaterally on their own ? Complaint DEL-V0125341180 was again raised because first complaint was never resolved. Vi must show responsibility and resolved issues!

    @ViCustomerCare That is another complaint when the first complaint DEL-V01245608655 was closed by Vi without addressing it properly and conforming with me. What patience you expect from the customer when the replies you keep giving are

    @ViCustomerCare you have decided not to address the issue of calls being forwarded to voicemail when the customer is abroad and then charging him on IR rates of ₹70 per minute! Why are you not replying? Your customer service people are avoiding talking on this point!
