    @ViCustomerCare - why the heck you guys are not letting me separate my connection from family postpaid . I have requested it in the morning and you guys are only giving missed calls and letting me move out of vi. I will have to raise complaint with consumer caurt now

    @ViCustomerCare I’ve been facing a very unpleasant experience regarding a new sim connection which is not delivered since days. Customer care is really unprofessional and they can’t communicate in English, instead disconnecting my call several times without providing solution.

    Dear @ViCustomerCare, I got my SIM ported to Vi through a roadside vendor 2 days ago. The vendor told me that an unlimited recharge was included with the porting process, but after my SIM got activated, I found that no recharge has been done. The vendor is not available now, and I am unable to make calls. Kindly look into this issue and help me activate the promised recharge as soon as possible.     @ViCustomerCare I have rarely experienced service this poor & disappointing. Your executives gave vague and contradictory information about service plans, leading me to buy it under misleading circumstances while I was in a stressful situation. This certainly isn't the way! SHAME

    Dear @ViCustomerCare, The network at Shree Balaji Tower, Lucknow is extremely slow. Internet speed is poor, and despite raising multiple complaints, there has been no permanent resolution. I'm completely frustrated now. Please look into this issue urgently andimprove the network
