    @ViCustomerCare I am disappointed with your services, using your ₹859 recharge where it was mentioned that this plan includes unlimited 5G, but after my 1.5GB limit the network stops working. I tried calling customer care, but the call bot does not help me connect with a human.

    Updated gem from @ViCustomerCare Got a call asking if I wanted a new number or keep the same number after converting to postpaid. I said I don't want to convert to postpaid. I just need a new SIM. Guy says they can't do that. It can only be postpaid. I said I have paid for a plan until July 2027. Why would I want postpaid? So he told me to call 199. Already have. No way to talk to a human. He said he'll tell somebody to call me. Nobody did. So he can't help me, unless I want to waste my plan and pay for the more expensive postpaid. So basically, a prepaid card can't be replaced/upgraded to 5G in Vi? Giving it a couple of days before approaching a consumer court.

    @ViCustomerCare Recently I have ordered a new sim which was about to deliver door step but they denied to do so. And when I contacted to customer care they said to wait till tommorow and same answer I got for 3 days continuously at last I cancelled the order. #vi
