    @vodafoneIN_Fdtn @ViCustomerCare @vodafone What a pathetic service from Vodafone, my postpaid was deactivated last month and the pending amount is 600 rupees. The outgoing and incoming calls were suspended and you are charging 1200 for not using vodafone. What's next? 1800/-?

    @ViCustomerCare You mentioned there is conjunction in network because of "many users" using at same time. Now what? If you've rectified that then, come up with solution. "add new sites"

    @ViCustomerCare I requested for customised callertune. Did all possible ways to activate it and still no result. Vi resolve the issue immediately and don’t call without go through the previous chat. I’m fed up of explaining the issue again and again. Resolve it or let me port.
