@VodafoneIN Hey @BSNLCorporate may I know the exact procedure of MNP as I want to port into your network from @VodafoneIN as it's getting very problematic for me to rely on this network which doesn't address it's customer property.

@ViCustomerCare is VodafoneIdea network already get's shutdown by the Indian?? Coz their network is dead already no 2G ,3G,4G and VoLTE, service is active signal bar shows cross (x) or a dot. Can't make calls, can't send sms, can't browse internet, maybe a turtle is faster

@ViCustomerCare This is NOT a “technical glitch” — it’s FRAUD. Vi took my money for a utility payment and never forwarded it. That’s straight-up cheating customers.

@ViCustomerCare From this afternoon I hv no network on my phone! You guys want us to have your app on r phone but nowhere in the app I can make a complaint! What kind of a disgusting app is this?? Should I move out from Vi? Will anybody respond??
