    @ViCustomerCare Due to closer of all the existing Vi Store in my State Arunachal Pradesh, migration of my postpaid no. to Prepaid has been put on halt. Is it indicating us to shift it to other network service like Airtel/Jio???

    CC canceled the plan but told that it was a flat charge and won’t be reversed. Not sure how bad is Vodafone’s data analytics to sell data plan to people who don’t need it. Prob its intentional trick to skim money. @ViCustomerCare 3/

    @ViCustomerCare pathetic internet service in redx plan I have complain about this 'Your complaint dated 19-May-2022 10:24:20 PM with reference number C004-131794882005 is registered. We assure resolution by 23-May-2022.' But 3 days resolved time and we are stay here only 3 days?

    @ViBusinessIndia I changed my connection from postpaid to prepaid. To activate, I need 5 digit pin which is send to alternate number. I have not received any 5 digit pin yet even after 6hrs. Can you please help? @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare there is no network of vi in NIT Silchar , Assam hostels , more than 300 students have decided to port to other operators bas the services are pathetic ,i am writing this to make you aware about the situation so tha you may not lose long term customer,bye bye vi
