    @ViCustomerCare Post the call from customer care on 10 Aug, I was told the prepaid network would get activated in 2 hours but I am waiting. Today finally I got a call from your social media team that I would need to visit the store once again which I can't as I am out of station

    @ViCustomerCare I had told I would be travelling on 11 Aug but customer care told me to be rest assured. Today it's 19 Aug, but both customercare as well as socialmedia team are unable to help me. Your service has become pathetic of late and I am waiting to port to a new network
