    @ViCustomerCare Have been paying monthly bills just to keep my number alive. Am sure many more like me are doing the same and keeping VI et al alive inspite of such poor services which frustrate you & eat on to your health.

    @ViCustomerCare just talked to customer executive and he told me to recharge rs 47/- for caller tune . After recharge also I am unable to select the songs from vi apps
