    @ViCustomerCare I'm using Vodafone More than 7 Years and Now I realised To Changed my Network Because Of Regular Slow Speed I called Your customer care many times but they didn't help me 😖 250kbps speed jio better than Vodafone

    @FreeKing51 @ViCustomerCare @reliancejio After called to call center , chat option and also use Twitter but jio is not resolved complaint so today I have quit worst service provider JIO POOR SERVICE

    @ViCustomerCare Pathetic customer service. I was expecting a call at 9:00, but nobody reached out. DMed all the details about issue, following up since 2 weeks. People replied through DM now and then but No permanent solution. Kindly look into it.
