    I am not sure why would I even consider taking any service from Aditya Birla group! I do not trust them anymore. Customers will keep you in the business so look after them @AdityaBirlaGrp PS: I would have moved on silently had I not been pestered by @ViCustomerCare.

    @ViCustomerCare Ever since you became Vi, your customer care has just worsened! It used to at least prompt earlier if nothing else. Now no one has bothered to touch base at all 🙄 Kindly Call

    @ViCustomerCare i lost my sim few wks ago. I went to my nearest myvi dealer a week ago to have the same number as i had before. The dealer gave me the simcard saying it would activate in 2 days. Till today, my sim isn't active and the dealer isn't picking the call. Please help me

    @ViCustomerCare Team i have multiple requests and complaints for slow surfing for 4G network at my location. I am still facing the issue and observed no fix for the old complaints raised. let me tell you that i was not facing issue last week (1/2)
