    @ViCustomerCare one of the worst customer care I have seen ever. I have visited the store twice for postpaid to prepaid migration and called customer care, raised few complaints, mailed twice but still prepaid conversion was not done. I'm Going to do MNP with airtel.

    @VodafoneIN @Idea now with poor network they started charging in 1 call almost 8 rupees for fee sec same looking like fraud same on u now to switch another network

    @ViCustomerCare Nonsense cellular company in india. Deducting balance on daily basis, by starting wasteful services automatically and deactivating them themselves. Complained 1000x in twitter and customer care. Not resolved!!!!!!

    @ViCustomerCare @Bharat_raj96 I requested and requested and requested these guys for months in 2018 to solve the network coverage issue by installing a tower in my area. All I got in return was, according to our data your area have good network coverage. I ported to jio in 2020, it's the least bad of all.
