@VodafoneIN Hey @BSNLCorporate may I know the exact procedure of MNP as I want to port into your network from @VodafoneIN as it's getting very problematic for me to rely on this network which doesn't address it's customer property.

@DoT_India @ViCustomerCare @reliancejio I ported my mobile number from Vodafone Idea to Jio...but ever since if i get a call from Vi network it says my number is invalid..what should i do..who will solve my grievance..pls ask Vi to restore my number in their network.Thank you

@ViCustomerCare give me a single reason to continue with your sim coz Your internet and calling services are ****. Plus no OTP is received on your sim within 1-2 minutes, it takes 15 minutes. How am I supposed go use banking or other online services when I can't even recieve OTP?

Good morning to the great network VI.Where is the update. When i posted my last tweet your team contacted me and said your problem will be solved within 24 hours but 72 hours completed but there is no update. Great Customer support #ViCustomerCare . Worst service Ever.
