    I raised a port-out request 2 days ago. Vi told me to delink my secondary number first. I did. Since then, it’s clear your team is deliberately stalling by making silent calls, so you can close the request saying “customer didn’t respond.” Shameful tactics 3/4 @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Those who are thinning to switch on Vi please don't switch to this garbage network. When you recharge with a 28 day plan it will show 2G or 3G for first 15 to 20 days after that it performs very well and it repeats every month . Please do not switch to this service provider

    Hey @ViCustomerCare I am not able to make or receive calls since last 1 month and even after lodging complaint 5 times and reopening it another 5 times my issue is not resolved yet , this is how you give service to your loyal and premium customers!! @TRAI

    @ViCustomerCare So Sorry guys — I am not going to part of Vodafone network. I am being forced my Mahindra @MahindraXUV700 to keep my car’s app connected to your network. And I hope someday my car will move to network of my choice or I will move to different car.

    @ViCustomerCare we have been suffering no signal issue for more than 10 days in our area,also unable to use Wifi calling of voda fone my mobile number is 9811075786 already complained to Vodafone on 02/06/2025, but complaint closed without solution, even unable to get port sms
