    @ViCustomerCare please stop sending pop-up ads everytime. It's very annoying. Everytime it pops up, the network goes down to 2G. It's very annoying and as well as embarrassing sometimes. No network send ads except vi. When it happens it persists about a minute.

    @ViCustomerCare Your network has been practically down since 17th when cyclone Tauktae hit Mumbai region. Remains highly unstable even after six days. Your CCEs NA on 198 and respond to DM with silly troubleshooting tips. Other SIM (not Vi) on same phone works fine. Pl resolve it

    @ViCustomerCare Understood but wowifi is enabled but still getting charged also customer have their diff statements. Why there’s no transparency??? I ensured and it shows wo WiFi still call charges getting applied . Pls have this check and share justified resolution.

    @ClashofClans @ViCustomerCare I wasn't able to login the Clash of Clans game. It just keeps loading and never enters the game. I'm using VI network. But when i checked with other apps it does work and issue exists only with COC. Why is that ?
