    @TRAI @ViCustomerCare Why are you taking action against VI not allowing me to port out to other network. Further VI is not closing SIM cards that is non in operational for about 2 years.

    What a poor service from @ViCustomerCare I need E-sim. I have prepaid connection. They are saying convert to postpaid we don't give E-sim to prepaid user. Shame

    @ViCustomerCare your internet speed is horrible (50-70kbps) since last 10-12 days between 8pm to 12 pm. I have even called the customer care but no improvement. Can you really fix it or should I change the service provider?

    @sunil9726147223 @ViCustomerCare yup did that as this felt like beating a dead horse. Got myself a JIO SIM and that was magnitudes better (though JIO suffers bad evening network congestion in that area nowadays).

    @ViCustomerCare Since 3rd feb trying to get my Esim activated for 9999300003. Not happening and physical sim continues to work but without SMS. Unable to transact due to no OTP. Tried everything. Not expected from Vi Premium care! Please help
