@VodafoneIN Hey @BSNLCorporate may I know the exact procedure of MNP as I want to port into your network from @VodafoneIN as it's getting very problematic for me to rely on this network which doesn't address it's customer property.

@ViCustomerCare I have been harassed by your In store as well as customer care employees repeatedly. They keep transferring me to one another and are not letting Me get postpaid converted to prepaid. The store employees told me that they aren't authorised to change the Sim.

@ViCustomerCare Really need to train your dumb customer care. everybody just says we are sorry and opens a complaint. Then close it after some days without confirming if problem is solved. When we ask again, the cycle goes on. How idiotic way of work. No escalation matrix. @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare and made me talk to the customer care. After talking to that for an hour and telling him why I don't want a prepaid the customer care didn't acknowledge my request and added a 100rs discount to my bill (btw I cannot avail that even).
