@VodafoneIN Hey @BSNLCorporate may I know the exact procedure of MNP as I want to port into your network from @VodafoneIN as it's getting very problematic for me to rely on this network which doesn't address it's customer property.

various members of @ViCustomerCare team have been in touch with me over the last 25 days but none of them came with a resolution. They kept asking me to keep using the plan or bring the proof that the sales team said such things.

@DoT_India @TRAI My experience with @ViCustomerCare has been the worst in the last 2 years. I have been charged for calls which I never attended to & still had to pay for the fraud by #vodafoneidea to port it to another TSP. The bottom line is this TSP is indulging in defrauding it’s customers.
