  @ViCustomerCare This isn’t the first time! Every few weeks, my data vanishes without use. Last month, 2 GB was gone, and your team just said “check background apps” despite my data being off. No refund, no fix. Stop this fraud! #ViDataTheft

  I am using vodafone sim approx 12 years now , it's vi now but instead of providing some free facilities they charge everything. I require free callertone access in vi network, but here is no such facility like that that's why now I shift from @ViCustomerCare into @airtelindia

  @ViCustomerCare I activated roaming on my phone on 16 and still waiting for my Ospree duty free voucher. The offer says the voucher is sent in 48hrs. I am waiting for 120hrs now and still no voucher. Customer care sayd send an email. Email team says voucher will be sent in 48hrs.

  @ViCustomerCare I am facing this issue from many years.I am yr 15 yrs old customer.Always showing no network n not even call also. I complained many times but no solution got. Want to port in Airtel but don't get time Plz solve my issue. I recharged but the worst facility I got.
