@ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup I’ve had it enough with the crap that you are trying to pull here. My bill has been generated incorrectly and then services have been barred stating that the credit limit has been exceeded even though the bill due date is 6 Aug.

@ViCustomerCare We already had that experience and lost some hard earned money without getting reply from customer care that how another no. could be recharged when i had registered the no. in app and clicked on recharge, not recharge for friend. No explanatory reply from VI.#VodafoneIdea #MNP

@ViCustomerCare I purchased dongle postpaid sim from vi store kol-42 now I wanted to discontinue it,emails sent to customer care and CEO on 1st and 2nd August’22 but till results zero,Vi are trying linger so as to collect more money from customers like me aged 71 yrs,harassed
