  @ViCustomerCare I had raised a complaint few days back regarding bad 4G network. I got message as resolved. same issue again today. Customer care is saying previous complaint closed as there was no issue. Is this how in the background complaint will be closed saying all is well?

  @ViCustomerCare She is shouting for the mistake that the Vodafone representative failed to close my account. Worst ever customer service and response that a network can offer to their customer! If at all you care about loosing the customer please do call immediately. Else I’m complaining to TRAI

  @ViCustomerCare I added a port request from Vi to another provider. I already replied to 4 calls from u but u r still calling with same question again &again. I have blocked 5 support numbers. This is irritating and if I get another call, I ll report u to #TRAI Stop this madness

  @ViCustomerCare India's worst network is VI. Neither its calling is good, nor its internet speed is good, nor is its customer care services good. Everything is useless in VI network. I would request everyone not to take this network.🙏🙏🙏
