@VodafoneIN it seems till the time I don’t escalate issue here it does not get resolved and has become a monthly ritual. Corporate customer care does not even make an effort to resolve complaint the idea is to provide any resolution and close it to ensure TAT is within limits

@ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare Each time VI store rep quotes me a bill amount with additional amount for additional X days, I pay the amount, get a new sim and then after X+1 day, they cancel the request because X+1 day is not paid.
