@VodafoneIN it seems till the time I don’t escalate issue here it does not get resolved and has become a monthly ritual. Corporate customer care does not even make an effort to resolve complaint the idea is to provide any resolution and close it to ensure TAT is within limits

i don’t particularly like tweeting about things that should be resolved by the customer care,after several complaints in the past 5days the issue is still unresolved ..i am in the UK and have zero network on my mumbai Vi number it’s inconvenient to say the least @ViCustomerCare
