@VodafoneIN it seems till the time I don’t escalate issue here it does not get resolved and has become a monthly ritual. Corporate customer care does not even make an effort to resolve complaint the idea is to provide any resolution and close it to ensure TAT is within limits

Now the problem is I booked vi(vodafoneidea) simcard on 26-10-2022, order I'd -DCHD26102267633,ur @ViCustomerCare ppl promised me they will deliver it on 27-10-2022,not delivering till now and I have all proofs n I also registered complaint on this in @nch1915 n @DoT_India
