    @VodafoneIN it seems till the time I don’t escalate issue here it does not get resolved and has become a monthly ritual. Corporate customer care does not even make an effort to resolve complaint the idea is to provide any resolution and close it to ensure TAT is within limits

    @ViCustomerCare Hi, we have worked on your complaint no. UPE-V01950946683. You may intermittently face this issue. We continue our efforts to resolve it soon. In case you arent happy with our efforts, you can appeal at 198 (Toll Free) within 30 days.

    @ViCustomerCare I accidentally recharged the ₹470 plan via Amazon instead of the ₹489 plan I intended. I’m short on funds and can’t afford two plans together. Kindly help cancel this and issue a refund so I can recharge with the correct one. Appreciate your support. #ViSupport

    I have applied for e-sim, on first i haven’t received Qr code then i have visited to customer care they also have done nothing then i have call on customer care they have also raised second time till now i didn’t receive Qr code. Please Help @ViCustomerCare

    @TelecomTalk No planning for indoor coverage expansion at all. Without adequate network coverage the other VAS are valueless. They admit, they have indoor coverage issues in many circles but didn't fix them at all. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare I'm facing extremely slow data speed every day in Chandkapur, Nagpur 441109. From 6 PM to 12 AM, the speed becomes so slow that I can't even access the internet. I have to turn airplane mode ON/OFF every 5 minutes just to get temporary speed. fix this ..

    @ViCustomerCare I face internet fluctuations problem everyday due to which there is limited interconnection all the time, this problem occurs every 30 minutes and this problem occurs for 1 month or a little more then it gets fine and again gets bad after 2 months.
