Corporate customer care does not even make an effort to resolve complaint the idea is to provide any resolution and close it to ensure TAT is within limits

Sudhir Jangir (@CandIndian) reportedHey @ViCustomerCare. Why dont you close your 3G and 2G spectrum and rely only on the 4G because we don't get speeds in 3G and 2G and everytime I get irritated by you network spectrum change from 4G to 3G. Work on it or else I will have to opt for airtel.
