@VodafoneIN it seems till the time I don’t escalate issue here it does not get resolved and has become a monthly ritual. Corporate customer care does not even make an effort to resolve complaint the idea is to provide any resolution and close it to ensure TAT is within limits

I think one they have to shut down their business like Aircel for their irresponsible behavior. There is only one option left for us that is MNP. But we lost our money and time in vodafone idea. @ViCustomerCare @DoT_India

@ViCustomerCare This company provides the worst customer service. I called at 11:15 P.M. The person told me that their server is updating and I should call in an hour or two. Now when I try calling, I hear that the customer service agents are only available till 12 A.M.
