@VodafoneIN it seems till the time I don’t escalate issue here it does not get resolved and has become a monthly ritual. Corporate customer care does not even make an effort to resolve complaint the idea is to provide any resolution and close it to ensure TAT is within limits

@ViCustomerCare "Hi! We have registered your Network complaint with ref. no. APR-V00451220902. The expected resolution date is 25 May '21 . This was the reply I got on 21 may for my complaint. Till date my complaint hasn't resolved.
