@VodafoneIN it seems till the time I don’t escalate issue here it does not get resolved and has become a monthly ritual. Corporate customer care does not even make an effort to resolve complaint the idea is to provide any resolution and close it to ensure TAT is within limits

From past 2 years you're saying volte will activated in Bihar . And this problem is only with those customers who ported to Vodafone/ Bihar . Those who ported to Idea/ Bihar are having Volte Services. What's the problem is this ? @ViCustomerCare @ViBusinessIndia @VodaIdea_NEWS
