@VodafoneIN it seems till the time I don’t escalate issue here it does not get resolved and has become a monthly ritual. Corporate customer care does not even make an effort to resolve complaint the idea is to provide any resolution and close it to ensure TAT is within limits

Spoke to a @ViCustomerCare representative, clueless as she was it took her10 minutes to fwd the call to a senior who didn't know the first thing about service.19 minute fruitless call. But I'm happy to say that I'm switching to @reliancejio where they actually know about telecom.

@ViCustomerCare After all that complaining, to my surprise the network team visited the problematic location. And after a day's optimisation at the nearest site, what was the result?? They made indoor network worse than pre complaint status. You made it more miserable 😭
