@VodafoneIN it seems till the time I don’t escalate issue here it does not get resolved and has become a monthly ritual. Corporate customer care does not even make an effort to resolve complaint the idea is to provide any resolution and close it to ensure TAT is within limits

@ViCustomerCare Extremely fed up with VI service. Network signal is always poor, call drops every day, internet speed is 2G and no resolution from VI in spite of repeated complaints. Planning to port to Airtel or Jio.
