@VodafoneIN it seems till the time I don’t escalate issue here it does not get resolved and has become a monthly ritual. Corporate customer care does not even make an effort to resolve complaint the idea is to provide any resolution and close it to ensure TAT is within limits

i am sorry to say but today i am breaking my sim which belongs to vodafone company The reason for this is clear that they give poor network work than 2G by fooling the customer and taking money for 4G network. @VodaIdea_NEWS @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare Since u folks didnt fix it overnight, I shall be porting out all my vodafone nos to Airtel today. Enough lack of customer service already seen...lemme know break up of 16461 bill and any other outstanding immediately. Feeling suffocated wid u folks since u cant value a HNI.
