@VodafoneIN it seems till the time I don’t escalate issue here it does not get resolved and has become a monthly ritual. Corporate customer care does not even make an effort to resolve complaint the idea is to provide any resolution and close it to ensure TAT is within limits

It seems that @ViCustomerCare registered my complaint and gave me a formal call without taking any action or resolution they are closing my complaint. Too strange & in hurry to close the complaint without resolution or nowadays it's becoming a trend. @MoitOfficial #DOTSeva

@ViCustomerCare I was always pissed of with your service. And after you took down double data offer, there was no option left me to move on to another provider. But I didn't. Idk why..! I am using 1.5 gb data plan, earlier I used to use 2Gb plan with double data for 799.
