@VodafoneIN it seems till the time I don’t escalate issue here it does not get resolved and has become a monthly ritual. Corporate customer care does not even make an effort to resolve complaint the idea is to provide any resolution and close it to ensure TAT is within limits

@ViCustomerCare What you will say?? You will say #vi don’t have anything. When asked about Esim or vowifi you will say, you don’t know and don’t have anything like that and there is no timeline for update. For indoor coverage, you don’t have network team. Then what else you can provide us??

@ViCustomerCare services of VI BAD. After manali no network in HP, JISPA,DARCHA...AND SARCHA... there is no prepaid and postpaid is working. Airtel& JIO is absolutely working with strong network. We were in group around 200 person facing same issues. Very poor.
