  @VodafoneIN it seems till the time I don’t escalate issue here it does not get resolved and has become a monthly ritual. Corporate customer care does not even make an effort to resolve complaint the idea is to provide any resolution and close it to ensure TAT is within limits

  @ViCustomerCare Despite waiting for a long time and following up multiple times, there has still been no clear resolution regarding my Vi SIM order DCHD07082668743 (9672515691). The promised delivery timeline has also passed quite some time ago. I no longer wish to proceed with this order.

  @ViCustomerCare @TRAI @DoT_India Another copy-paste apology and DM request. The issue is public. Vi numbers are being misused for sales calls against TRAI rules. Regulators and Vi need to act in the open, not push customers into private chats.
