@VodafoneIN it seems till the time I don’t escalate issue here it does not get resolved and has become a monthly ritual. Corporate customer care does not even make an effort to resolve complaint the idea is to provide any resolution and close it to ensure TAT is within limits

@ViCustomerCare the most pathetic telecom service in India. Change ur name to #vidontcare @TRAI @DoT_India Vodafone is charging extra fees for services not subscribed for. They don't even bother now to look into those.

@ViCustomerCare how can you take 7 days for a porting service when your officials say 2 days will be enough...ur service is extremely disappointing already.. and my number hasnt even been activated. im keeping your network for only 10 days after it is activated
