    @VodafoneIN it seems till the time I don’t escalate issue here it does not get resolved and has become a monthly ritual. Corporate customer care does not even make an effort to resolve complaint the idea is to provide any resolution and close it to ensure TAT is within limits

    @ViCustomerCare Worst internet speed. You are saying that You have India's fastest internet speed, who gave you certificate. I raised my complaint 3 times but every time I receives message that your query has been resolved now, but it is only on your system. Great VI.

    @ViCustomerCare It is very difficult to reach your support team... i have done recharge for ₹599/ and my Internet is not working at all...fix the problem ASAP or refund my amount back
