    Don't use @ViCustomerCare sim, @ViCustomerCare sim is useless in emergency. No outgoing call on 112, 100, or any number.

    @JioCare internet service in Avas Vikas Colony, Sasni Gate, Aligarh, UP is extremely poor. Surprisingly, @ViCustomerCare 4G is delivering much better speed and stability than Jio 5G at the same location. @reliancejio Please look into the network quality in this area.

    @ViCustomerCare the SIM only delivers 3G or 4G speeds. My request to Vi is this: if you offer a 5G plan, ensure the service quality matches the capability so that customers don't have to constantly toggle 'Flight Mode' to get a connection. I believe that if a customer is loyal to the company,

    @SkAsanur87 @ViCustomerCare That sounds really frustrating, especially when you’re abroad and need OTPs urgently. You could consider @reliancejio for IR, and it also supports Wi-Fi Calling, so in supported situations you can stay connected over Wi-Fi and receive OTPs without relying on local network. 👍
