    @ViCustomerCare Not exactly. I am vi user but facing network issue. Sometimes i think to change my number. You say this is 4G but your 4G speed is same as 2007-2008 net speed.

    @ViCustomerCare I have filed hundreds of complaints for the same.The speed becomes normal for a day or two. Then again same horrible experience starts to prevail.@ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare My mobile number 8806357302 is deactivated and I had tried to activate but they asking for OTP which is impossible to get coz sim is inactive but there are not considering me if anyone who really thinks about customer then plz arrange a help call for me on 9322190064

    @ViCustomerCare you gotta hold on to your customer care. I have requested port out for my vi number and DO NOT want to stay with vi anymore. You better ask the customer care to stop calling me every 10mins. I have made my decision and this is freakingly disturbing to keep calling

    @ViCustomerCare . Had raised a complaint 2 weeks ago. Last week your person called and he said he is coming home last weekend to fix the issue. No surprises. Nobody came. Anyway MNP is the only option now
