    @ViCustomerCare Why do allow prepaid numbers to recharge with such tariffs(Rs.79) if they can't help to restore/continue service???@TRAI please look into this matter, VI received recharge but still not activated service.

    Got a call from @ViCustomerCare saying that I will recieve an SMS with televerification code and need to enter on IVR by calling 59059 Since I haven't received any, i informed them, i was told that the there is an issue and it will be escalated And two days passed (1/3)

    @ViCustomerCare writing to you from Rajahmundry, Andhra Pradesh. I am long loyal subscriber with post paid plan since years. I am at this place on work for few days. Pathetic network. Data is one way traffic with only one arrow. Please get it fixed.

    @ViCustomerCare I want to port vi sim but I can't able to port it. Whenever I send message it give me this message UPC cannot be generated as there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance.

    Worst service @ViCustomerCare worst 4g service ever....my network connectivity is the poorest of all time, why do you even call it 4G? Time waste...
