@ViCustomerCare got a new sim yesterday and is not active as yet, spoke to your customer service and they are pathetic. I am i the Virar East VI store and made to sit as the representative is having breakfast. I have other 2 numbers on VI and would port out to other network

@ViCustomerCare That additional internet pack is billed this time as well and I called customer care who promised to resolve the issue by yesterday evening. Nothing has happened. What kind of pathetic experience is this! Trusted social media team and stayed without porting to Airtel last time.
