    @ViCustomerCare It's pathetic that inspite of providing my contact details, no one reached out to me for assisting and helping me out of this issue. Sick of your App and your service. Silly app saying "unable to fetch recharge packs for now" #vodafoneidea

    @ViCustomerCare received a confirmation SMS now but mobile data is not working(tried restarting phone and aeroplane mode). Vi app still shows no active plans. Pls, fix this ASAP. @ViCustomerCare
