After fighting with them over a service they never gave me. I have realised how low on ethics is @ViCustomerCare. It's amazing how they got a waiver from the govt but we customers are treated like scum

@ViCustomerCare Big mistake for being a VI customer for years as i recharged with 39 for data pack and I didn’t had the validity and i got to know that i’ll not be able to use then what’s the use? And I asked for refund they said we can’l process. Poor service! @akshayamoondra
