    @ViCustomerCare Hi can you pls clarify what is meant by "validity" "NA", but "service validity" "28 days " - for 100 Rs. talktime recharge ..Does it mean that if it is not used within 28 days EVEN FOR SINGLE CALL, customer can't use it from 29 th day. thanks

    1 customer care called me and was talking so rudely to pay my outstanding bill The bill generated is incorrect and invalid because I requested deactivation for way before from bill generation date and lots of agents on chat told me that bill will not be generated @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare You can't change plan of any customer without his/her permission. But you did this. I have 299 plan but you changed with 399 plan this month. I will not pay any extra amount for that. I want my reverse. If you don't do that I will take a legal action against you.
