    @ViCustomerCare There was an issue with extend my recharge But it's not happened. The problem is not solve. I got the call from customer care but they are not able to solve it. Can i have communication with the person who can solve my issue. Waiting for your reply Thank You

    I went to @ViCustomerCare mehadipatnam Hyderabadu store. They rejected my request to re issue sim Cards, that i submitted previous recorded documents. Why we need to submit documents again that already existed in your records.

    @ViCustomerCare Guys don't take vi sim its totally unprofessional and fruad company. I have use vi sim there service is too bad. I suggest use jio or airtel far better than vi

    @ViCustomerCare I tried raising my issue and seek gor solution here on twitter but the experience here was even worse. Everytime I kept getting calls and was being shouted by your executives. They would fo it everytime and disconnect the call. Harassment calls.

    @ViCustomerCare I live in Mumbai and I have been facing internet and calling issues for more than 3 years. When I call in customer care their seniors, team leaders including managers talk arrogantly. I raised complaint here on twitter and I got the call back from this team and shouted at me.
