    @ViCustomerCare I want to port my 3 vi numbers to @airtelindia @JioCare but unable to do that after doing a recharge ₹49 in all these three numbers Because whenever I recharge my number you people start deducting my balance by activating ridiculous service.

    @JioCare I've given you'll 5 days worth of opportunities to resolve this but you'll have disappointed! I'll have no choice but to port if not resolved by tomorrow as it's majorly affecting my WFH situation! Can't sit around at cafe's all day! Maybe @airtelindia / @ViCustomerCare can help?

    @ViCustomerCare it's been 3 days been in touch with your call centre to fix my issue, but everyday been assured it's escalated and wil be resolved in 24 hours, have spent some 72 hours. Incoming messages are not coming and no banking transaction can be done, need a solution asap

    @DoT_India I am using Vodafone connection and using DND services since long still getting bombarded with unwanted calls/messages. While I asked @ViCustomerCare to resolve this issue, their team is not even responding to my tweets. Also, @ViCustomerCare denied to raise appeal.
