    I am Not happy with @reliancejio internet speed. I am not getting more than 100kbps speed. Even I am not able to excess YouTube. Please look into this problem otherwise I need changes port in @VodafoneIN or @airtelindia

    @ViCustomerCare My number was deactivated due to KYC issues. I only want to reactivate the same number with fresh KYC, but the Vi executive is insisting that I take a postpaid connection with at least 2 lines. Why is this being made mandatory? Please help resolve

Either you are scamming people left right and center or you don't know how your collaborators are working. So unprofessional.     @ViCustomerCare It's been almost more than 1 month now and this issue has still been investigated. Now the only option left is to go with Airtel I guess as your team seems incapable of solving this issue.

    @ViCustomerCare Extremely frustrated. A customer should not have to fight through endless automated menus just to speak with a support executive.Hiding human support behind recorded messages is poor service & disrespectful to customers. Please respond and resolve this issue. #Vi
