  @ViCustomerCare ordered sim online on 13 July. The customer service exe called & said sim will be delivered on 14 July. Today is 17 and there is no communication. regret using VodafoneIdea. Poor & terrible service. PLEASE CANCEL MY ORDER

  @ViCustomerCare I received the call from you and we talked. You need to take action against such sales executives. Her name was Rani and branch was Raichura Circle, Borivali West. They wanted just our money rather than resolving our problem. They made my uncle sit for 1.5 2 hours due to this.

  @ViCustomerCare VI network is not good specially for indoor usage at s k nagar, talikoti. Whenever I am in Bangalore, no issues. have raised the issue multiple times, it gets closed saying, area has optimal coverage.

  @ViCustomerCare When will my SIM be delivered? It's already been 4 days since I ordered it through your online store. Your customer care team hasn't been helpful either. If this is the service before delivery, I can only imagine what it'll be like afterward.
