  @ViCustomerCare Hey @vicustomercare can you just look at pin code 508218 there is no indoor coverage, The main drawback was Vi indoor coverage please quickly fix it otherwise we switch to Jio.

  Hello @ViCustomerCare @TRAI @DoT_India Very frustrated with Vi network issues for the last 1 year! Every time I complain, the ticket gets closed automatically without resolution,the last complaint was on 30th June that case was closed too without fixing the problem.

  @ViCustomerCare Clearly you don’t understand. Do you mind removing charges from my bill then? Why am i paying Vi? Not having a timeline means there’s no clear action or a way to resolve the issue in the near future. Do you expect me to stick with the network? Swap places and then imagine.

  @ViCustomerCare @jagograhakjago pls note that there’s been a recurring bill as per the plan chosen for about 800 rupees that i’m paying Vi and have not been getting desired network beyond 1 or 2 bars, let alone 5G. #SRKonVi
