    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI i am unable to send PORT SMS from my vi number. They are not doing any solution for this. Plz look into this matter . we are apprised to vi for unsatisfied system generated revert on customer query 👏👏 Totally worst service..

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI heavy malpractice at Vi end, their Mumbai and Goa & Maharashtra appellate authority numbers are not working. The appellate authority is not even acknowledging the mails. Nor is the customer care team.

    @ViCustomerCare when will be your data network issue resolved in Puthige, Kasaragod, Kerala. Your customer care executive assured it will be resolved in 4 hrs, but it is already crossed and issue still exist. Do the needful soon.
