Kapil (@Kapil0404) reported@ViCustomerCare Continuous internet issues even in open areas. Tried all troubleshooting, changed phone settings, and used the Vi app, but nothing worked. It shows 4G+/5G+, yet even YouTube won't load and my phone heats up. Switched from Airtel expecting better. May move to Jio.
