    Terrible experience with @ViCustomerCare ,my security amount got stuck with them. Also they are not helping me to convert my postpaid connection to prepaid. No sync between appellate team and VI associate,making me run here and there since last 2 years.@TRAI @rmstakkar

    @ViCustomerCare We are not able to get incoming calls and even if we get we can hear properly. Your customer care executive knows how to answer a call. They said they send someone to our address and took address when we called and now the above reply . What is happening.
