    @ViCustomerCare Unfortunately, that's what the experience i am getting. Wifi connectivity was there only in my hall, instead of other room. But now the connectivity is worst. I want quick resolution for this.

    @ViCustomerCare I am facing an issue with IR rooming for 30 days. Even service response from the team is too poor. Surprised to see the Odisha applicate authority number is coming invalid. How much you will be harassed to customers. You guys are deserving to close the business .

    @ViCustomerCare Hello, Vi Binge all night 12-6am without limit surf is Genuine offer?? As I see this never starts at 12am. Most of the time it starts 12.30 or after that.. Kindly check and fix it. Don't advertise false offers.

    @gujarat__titan @ViCustomerCare it loads only first few seconds of the video and I have to re-select the video again to load it fully. Totally broken internet service.

    @gujarat__titan @ViCustomerCare They don't fix the system and gives useless fixes to customers I used my VI sim in three smartphones and it's still same and they ask me to check internet setting and clear cache. Bunch of 🤡🤡

    @ViCustomerCare just no regard for the inconvenience this is causing the customer !! The same has happened with my wife’s number as well.. really bad and atrocious customer care !! Mobile number has been blocked since a week
