    Decided MNP to Vi & got SIM delivered on 19 March afternoon, 48 hrs is the claim to process everything but it's already past the claim time & nothing happened. No option to talk to representative on customer care number, no Email reply. Started to regret already! @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare I recently bought 699 family plan and after that all troubles started. My bill is due 2nd april, but still my outgoing is barred, despite having unltimited calling. My data is not working. App is telling me to call 199 but how can i with calling barred?? Misery.

    I have been a vi customer for 7 years now inspite of average network. But I will definitely change my network after the pathetic service by @ViCustomerCare I should say no service at all. Simple address update you cannot do ? Next time you will get port request. #vodafoneidea

    @ViCustomerCare Outgoing SMS not working. Error code 50. I have tried everything from contacting your customer care (they say it looks alright from system), recharge of 500 but none of it is working. Vi app says outgoing SMS is barred. What should I do next?
