Who will be ready to join you without proper service & no 5G but recharge with high cost. Bsnl is better as per their tariff & service.

Santanu Chatterjee (@Santanu2015Cap) reported@ViCustomerCare My concern does not need a personalized solution. It needs a generic solution from your end. You need to make changes to your recharge policies so that all VI consumers like myself get benefitted.

Yusuf Ansari (@yusufansari_04) reportedFeels like Jio is no longer competing with Airtel or VI, but with BSNL now. Extremely poor network quality, frequent call drops, and unreliable internet have made daily communication a headache. This level of service is simply unacceptable in 2026. @ViCustomerCare
