    @ViCustomerCare @AshwiniVaishnaw Sir, I am a VI postpaid customer. I have raised complaints against network calling and internet speed several times. But I don’t think VI is serious about this. I am paying bill regularly but not getting the good service from VI.

    @ViCustomerCare The issue is still there! When your engineer calls, it works fine. But within an hour or two it rolls back the network problem. Missing important messages and calls! Kindly check the tower parameters or set up a repeater/booster.

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare here I didn't even start my service and I am facing a lot of difficulties. I ported my jio sim to vi and to do Tele verification I was supposed to receive a 5 digit pin on my alternate number which i didnt receive because i don't even know what was my alt num

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI then you will hit by a panalty of rupees 3000 And I had also contact with the costomer care but still my problem is unsolved they are not responding and I had also visit to andhari East near station A person name "premkumar" he told me that we can't solve

    @ViCustomerCare Particularly it's about data service. Whenever I use data service it's goes bad to worst. Mostly the issue is as to network. If I select them on 4g network they automatically converts into 2g with symbol of"E" & connectivity goes to stopped. & If I choose 3g thn they disabled..
