I have raised complaints against network calling and internet speed several times. But I don’t think VI is serious about this. I am paying bill regularly but not getting the good service from VI.

I even discourage ppl to get it. Vi doesn't train it's ppl for customer retention, if it wasn't for Jio/Airtel it would have been boasting till date.

I tried calling customer care, but the call bot does not help me connect with a human.
