  @ViCustomerCare @AshwiniVaishnaw Sir, I am a VI postpaid customer. I have raised complaints against network calling and internet speed several times. But I don’t think VI is serious about this. I am paying bill regularly but not getting the good service from VI.

  @ViCustomerCare Enough this is my last recharge to vi my plan expiring soon in 1st week of July after that I am porting this no to jio as it is far better than your network as my concern related to speeds never got solved as many times I've complained i tell everyone not use this

  @ViCustomerCare It's disappointing, Vi unable to resolve issue with VOLTE service with my SIM. It's more than 24 hrs and no solution yet. Do you expect still we stick to your network. Getting port out. Very Bad network.

  Ridiculous & Pathetic service from @VodafoneIT @ViCustomerCare. I haven't used my postpaid SIM since 2months but the bill has come 800/-.What kind of Worst service Ur company giving?why would I pay to u without using the sim once? so that @reliancejio is taking maxm market share.
