    @ViCustomerCare @AshwiniVaishnaw Sir, I am a VI postpaid customer. I have raised complaints against network calling and internet speed several times. But I don’t think VI is serious about this. I am paying bill regularly but not getting the good service from VI.

    @VodafoneIN It's not correct way to service customer after executive visited my house and collect all documents and verify with orginal how come my connection got Suspended I reached customer care,VI store but no one helping me now i need back my connection should be active else

    @vodafonein I am a very old customer. Despite poor service & repeated harrowing experience of deducting balance every now & then on pretext of some VAS, that I didn't take, I haven't switched yet. Now once again my refund for some service I didn't take is being refused.

    @VodafoneIN For past 72 hrs high issues in call in your network.Even relationship manager does not repsond even after 2 complains from yesterday. Pathetic response.

    @DoT_India @VodafoneIN Already mentioned the issue in the previous thread. Me and my father had Idea postpaid numbers with 2 year ARP 700 plan. Last year, Idea merged with Vodafone & our numbers were converted into Vodafone. Though we were assured that nothing will change, neither no's nor plans. (1/2)

    @VodafoneIN Very bad net speed lately in our area pin-135004, despite corporate postpaid VI connection, Jio 4G is much better over here. Please do the needful.
