    @ViCustomerCare @AshwiniVaishnaw Sir, I am a VI postpaid customer. I have raised complaints against network calling and internet speed several times. But I don’t think VI is serious about this. I am paying bill regularly but not getting the good service from VI.

I knew it, this is what always happens!For basic tariffs u have collections team but u can’t hire proper technical staff to repair & restore network!     @TRAI @DoT_India @ViCustomerCare Dear Authority, I'm a user of Vi and i wanted to port my number. However Vodafone is using cheap tricks and forcing me to recharge not less than ₹128 for sending just 1 sms for port. I already have service validity till 15dec.

    @ViCustomerCare even having full network with 4g signal my internet is not working kindly call me so i can explain better.
