@VodafoneIN V! number +919565330645 (UP East) recharged by ₹49 and ₹129 on 31st January 2021. All the outgoing services of this number resumed post recharge but incoming service is not available on this number. Why? Please resolve it shortly.

DAY 40 - Vodafone is such a scammer company. They don’t give a damn about their customers. Once my plan validity is over i am gonna port. I complained to vodafone regarding the network in my area and i was also not getting night data from 12 am to 6 am. @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare @ViBusinessIndia Without resolving the issue, you guys mention :The Issue is resolved in ur systems. It's the customer who will say that the matter is resolved and not u on ur own. Kindly get this resolved ASAP. Unable to receive/make calls. My 4th Complaint.

About the network in my area i was complaining to them via all sorts from past 1 year but this time i decided to tweet the progress everyday. They did sent their technicians for network tests but nothing has improved yet. @ViCustomerCare @jagograhakjago

@ViCustomerCare Nobody understanding the concern here, it's 60days in total and since 30 days you guys are telling that you have forwarded/escalated to concern team, is this is your escalation which takes 30days, show me the proof that you have escalated the issue and to whome you have escalated
