    I recharged 48 rupees and promised that 6gb data will be provided, just an hour before, but I can't use the internet, when I checked out, said that I already consumed the data. there is no direct inquiry option is not been given to address my issue. VI loot me. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Main tumlogo ke service se bahut hi pareshan ho chuka hoon. Mere number par na internet chal raha hai aur na hi calls (incoming ya outgoing) properly ho rahi hain. OTP tak receive nahi ho raha, jo ki basic service hai.

    This is extremely frustrating and disappointing. I’ve been using my mobile number since 2019. It was originally @reliancejio, then I ported to @airtelindia, and later to @ViCustomerCare. Recently, my number got deactivated due to re-verification issues. Here’s what happened 👇

    @ViCustomerCare always very delay service notwithstanding to commitment given. I can’t port now as I have only 2 days including today to expiry of validity. Porting takes 4 days to get active how can I manage 2 days without phone service.
