    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI Visited again with all the documents at VI store Rambaug Maninagar Ahmedabad for second day Consecutively gave them aadhar card, voter id and also got clicked today. Still Sim is Not registered on Network. Do I need to stay at Your VI store permanently.

    @ViCustomerCare your internet not working properly ( signal is full ) at CEAT TYRE LTD. HALOL, Gujarat. Speed in kbs, We have more use for sending image on WhatsApp or Mail. It take too much time. Please solve this issue as soon as possible.

    @ViCustomerCare your customer service is pathetic. I’ve been a vodafone customer for over 10 years now and in the hour of need your Customer service team is giving me absurd solutions for my issue with getting my postpaid number changed to prepaid.

    @ViCustomerCare My father has visited to ur store to convert his 3g sim to 4g, they have converted his connection to postpaid without his consent. I understand u guys r facing a down fall in business but is it the right way to generate the business ? @AdityaBirlaGrp
