  Since 2013, I have been using Vodafone Sim Card till date with starting digits 825888 ….. Currently using it for Official purpose. There was one point of time, where the Vi network was completely shut down for months due to natural calamity in my place ! Thought of having it ported to JiO but something stopped me from doing it. I don’t know why I’m still stuck with old Voda Sim but enjoying it … keep it up @vodafoneIN_Fdtn @ViCustomerCare .. bring the change !!!

  @ViCustomerCare It’s not only the network but nothing is good in VI, from postpaid plans to customer care services , everything is worst . Check my emails and messages and chat history you will come to know about my frustration

  @ViCustomerCare Recently I have ordered a new sim which was about to deliver door step but they denied to do so. And when I contacted to customer care they said to wait till tommorow and same answer I got for 3 days continuously at last I cancelled the order. #vi

  @ViCustomerCare The order has been cancelled last week without informing me and I thought it's good as the beginning is so awful and I wondered how it would be in future, however I haven't received the refund yet,i placed the order on 22nd August and today is the 1st of September, kindly refund

  @vodafoneIN Chronic network failure (calls + data) Pathetic after-sales & store support Policies that punish, not protect, customers I’ve raised multiple complaints; no meaningful resolution. Advice: Avoid Vi postpaid entirely. Worst telecom experience in every aspect. @TRAI @DoT_India
