    @VodafoneIN V! number +919565330645 (UP East) recharged by ₹49 and ₹129 on 31st January 2021. All the outgoing services of this number resumed post recharge but incoming service is not available on this number. Why? Please resolve it shortly.

Justin replied saying if JIO CALL APP showing offline and dont receive any sms or unable to make calls then its not network fault. some say my phone has VOLTE .     I am an existing user whose sim suddenly stopped working and requested for a new sim and this happens. WTF. At least give me an option to port to some other networks without going through the trouble of going through this again. @ViCustomerCare
